Het beste aparthotel waar ik ooit heb verbleven. De schoonmaak is één keer per week (de receptie plant dit in bij het inchecken) en privacy wordt zeer gewaardeerd. Dit is mijn derde verblijf in Beckett Locke en mijn vijfde verblijf in een Locke. Wat ik vooral fijn vind, is dat de schoonmaakdienst geen persoonlijke spullen op het bed achterlaat. De magnetron, de vaatwasser en de wasmachine werken allemaal prima. De shampoo en de haarconditioner hebben een heerlijke geur, Salted Caramel Vanilla. Dit is zonder twijfel mijn absolute favoriet van alle hotels waar ik wereldwijd heb verbleven. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk tegen Chinezen. Ze staan ​​altijd klaar om te helpen en je kunt de receptie bereiken via WhatsApp. Dat is echt handig.

Great location and right next to Aldi supermarket. The staff is amazing and very helpful but the hotel and facilities are very very dated and needs upgrades. Good for short stays!

As my reason to stay was the proximity to the airport, the hotel exceeded my expectations as the room was small but comfy, they have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast attached to the hotel and in minutes I could get a taxi to the airport. Great value for money.

Overall experience was good. Rooms were a little small and compact, but it seems to be the common theme in Dublin. The sheets on our bed had some stains and hair on it, which was a bit of a turn off, and the bed was not too comfortable to sleep on as well. Room amenities are pretty much bare bones. Check in experience was pleasant, as we arrived early and our room was ready. The lobby and bar look fantastic, and the hotel is centrally located. Thank you to the front desk staff for allowing us to check in early for our stay.

Located in the Georgian area of Dublin - you’re away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre. Check in was easy as was check out - I’ve nothing but good things to say about all the staff here who were friendly and helpful. The room was small but quiet and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby which was great. Searsons is just down the road for a bevvy or something to eat - as is Bobbys wine bar and other coffee shops and food places. Would definitely stay here again when in Dublin.

The location is PERFECT. My first time visiting Dublin and it was literally seamless because of this hotel, the location is supreme, the coffee shop downstairs is so comfortable and makes legitimately good coffee. The room was the perfect size for me and my sister. The bathroom is a great size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The washing machine in the room was also very convenient. Staff were really helpful and overall this was amazing service! Everything in central Dublin is walking distance and you are extremely close to the tram/Luas too

No one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.
