This Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.

Sarapan masih jam 8 pagi beberapa jenis udah habis dan ada yg ngga dijok lagi
padahal waktu sarapan jam 6-10 pagi, mestinya sebelum jam 10 semua jenis utk bs disediakan joknya.
Yang lain so far bagus. dekat dgn Mall dan pusat olahraga dan ibadah

pengalaman yang luar biasa bisa menginap di hotel seruni, keluarga saya merasa nyaman menginap disana, jadi betah tidak mau balik. di tambah dengan fasilitas yang banyak, dan sarana bermain untuk anak2 yang membuat senang sekali bermain di tempat yang telah disediakan bahkan kolam renangnya yang banyak pilihan.
juga untuk pelayanan makanan nya yang enak untuk dinikmati ditambah dengan pemandangan gunung pangrango dan gunung gede, sangat luar biasa

It was an amazing stay. Definitely worth high value in terms of the quality of room you're getting. Amazing and quiet environment to enjoy your time with nature and accompany.
Pool here and playground for kids is amazing. Friendly staff and good breakfast services. Location is a bit further as you have to go upper but it's surely worth the stay. One of the best place for value I have stayed so far. There's good variations of rooms and huge spacy units too.

tempatnya bagus, bersih, nyaman, acnya dingin, air lancar (btw aku ekonomi ac) kamarnya agak kecil jadi kalau untuk keluarga lebih dari 3 orang kurang cocok. fasilitas lengkap, ada jemuran per kamar juga. diluar hotel ada keran untuk cuci2 setelah dari pantai. parkiran aman. aku datang jam 12 bisa langsung check in. pokoknya bagus bangetttt apalagi deket sama pantai, tempat makan dan oleh2.

IIS28Nice serviced apartments with good location. The apartment is connected to the hotel and provides basic facilities such as swimming pool and gym. Overall was a nice experience. The breakfast and minimarket are the only matters that fell short of my expectation for such accommodation.

CChuichuifengyaThe hotel is an old villa in the middle of the mountain, a certain distance from the city, suitable for self-driving. The power supply is the same as that in China, with 5 holes and no converter. There are all the necessary facilities. There are two bedrooms and a dressing room on the third floor. There is only one bathroom in the master bedroom, and the toilet pump is broken, so the foot valve is turned off. There are (small animals (rats or geckos) in the corner of the bed in another bedroom. Because Bandung is a forest city, the hotel is on the mountain, and it is a villa, this is understandable.) The villa where I live is a distance away from the front desk at the entrance of the villa area, which is inconvenient to contact. There is a garage and a nanny room on the first floor of the villa, and the second floor is the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There are all the basics. Although the facilities are old, it is still quite good for family and friends to get together.

GGuest Userthe place is nice, clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, the water runs smoothly (btw I'm economical with AC) the room is a bit small so if it's for a family of more than 3 people it's not suitable. Complete facilities, there is a clothesline per room too. Outside the hotel there is a tap for washing after going to the beach. safe parking. I came at 12 o'clock and could immediately check in. Basically, it's really good, especially close to the beach, places to eat and souvenirs.

It is non air conditioned but have a very pleasant weather.. room includes daily breakfast (a buffet of fried rice, noodle, and sunny side up)

UUjh bunjakh Low Budget 001I give a rating based on the room I ordered, not overall, I'm sure that overall all categories are at Five Star, coincidentally I got a room called the tree house which is at the very end of this resort. the place is okay. With a traditional ***a design, it's good for a family vacation, but the location is on the edge of being a challenge for us because it feels like a test of courage hehe... the rest is cool, the service is okay... the facilities need to be improved in this tree house.

GGuest UserStaying in this very unique place is an extraordinary experience. It's like air camping, but in a semi-open cabin. We were surrounded by tropical jungle, but we had a clear view of the Indian Ocean from our bed. In addition, rice fields and mountains are clearly visible. Totally recommended place
