Pet friendly hotels in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

Het verblijf was goed. Het comfort van het bed, de kussens, de locatie, de netheid... eigenlijk was alles prima. Het enige vreemde is dat er niemand is om je te begroeten. Je drukt op een intercom om binnen te komen, en dan verschijnt er binnen een scherm om met iemand te spreken die je gegevens noteert en je de toegangscode voor je kamer en het hotel geeft. Het klopt dat ze 24 uur per dag open zijn voor het geval je iets nodig hebt, maar ach, ik kan me voorstellen dat dat de toekomst is.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

De locatie van het hotel was goed omdat het voor het park was, en ik vond de rustige, ruime kamers en comfortabele bedden, dus ik kon ontspannen voor een dag. Er zijn geen speciale toeristische plekken rond en het is een goede

El sitio esta bastante bien, tiene unas habitaciones con instalaciones basicas, tambien hay un buffet. La limpieza se podria mejorar, habia bastante polvo en los muebles. El servicio es decente, aunque una de las personas del servicio me ignoro cuando pregunte donde tenia que hacer lo del buffet.

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

Room is clean and spacious. Staffs were Polite and accommodating. Location is very convenient and the view from our room was spectacular

Staff is extremely nice. The restaurant downstairs is good. The room was clean but we can clearly hear the neighbours snoring like if they were in the room...
