Dit hotel was perfect om mijn reis naar Duitsland af te sluiten. De locatie is rustig, ook al ligt het vlakbij het treinstation, en het was heerlijk om er video's van te maken. Van alle drie de hotels die ik heb bezocht, was dit hotel het schoonst en had het het mooiste interieur. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk, zelfs 's avonds laat. Ze hebben een eigen bar en restaurant, perfect als je gewoon wilt ontspannen na een lange reis. Op slechts 10-15 minuten lopen ligt het vlakbij de Skyline Plaza (winkelcentrum), perfect voor je lastminute shopping... Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Allereerst kan de lobby van het hotel de belangrijkste reden zijn voor het aantrekken van reserveringen. De incheckervaring was echter de eerste keer in de geschiedenis. De eerste kamer die werd ingericht was een onderhoudskamer en er werd een kamer voor gehandicapten ingericht. Nadat ze de receptie hadden gevraagd ernaar te kijken, zeiden ze dat ze de kamer moesten veranderen. De veranderde kamer werd kleiner. Er waren 2 pilaren in de kamer en het stopcontact aan het bed was verplaatsbaar. Nadat de stekker uit het stopcontact was getrokken, bleef het toilet na het doorspoelen lekken. De klantenservice van Ctrip nam contact op, maar kon het niet altijd aan, dus ik vroeg mezelf om eerst met het hotel te communiceren, dus ging ik rechtstreeks naar de lobbymanager, veranderde een andere kamer, bleef uiteindelijk en gaf me een gratis drankje. Na ongeveer 2 uur verwerking lekte het toilet en nam een ​​video mee naar de klantenservice van Ctrip.

Hotel is strategically located just outside of the side door (Platform 1) of Frankfurt Main Station. Reception staff members were very friendly and helpful. A good place to stay.

Absolutely recommend this hotel 10/10. We were 3 girls, stayed for 4 nights in 2 king-sized double rooms and first of all, the rooms were amazingly spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and really enjoyed the hot showers after long day of sightseeing. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, especially Namra and Kunal and although there were many other staff who also helped us throughout our stay, we couldn't catch all their names (sorry) but we will never forget their kindness. From borrowing us umbrellas for the day to filling our cup noodles with hot water late at night; they have been nothing but helpful and it was one of the best hotel services we had experienced in a long while. One thing we didn't realise was that there is no kettle in the room but if you ask the staff, they're always happy to provide hot water. Next, the pricing! It was the reason that we chose this hotel as it was the least expensive option around but the quality, the service and the comfort was definitely the winner. I doubt that you could find a better place than Campanile for the price. Not to mention, when we checked out at 11, we were still able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the town one last time which was incredibly useful. If we are ever back in Offenbach, we will be staying here, no doubt!

The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.

Holiday Inn – the niu, Charly Frankfurt City Ideally located in central Frankfurt, this hotel delivers a refined and seamless stay. The staff are courteous and highly professional, the service is efficient, and cleanliness is maintained to an exemplary standard throughout. While amenities are minimal, the hotel succeeds in what truly matters: comfort, reliability, and quality. An excellent choice for discerning travelers.

Uitstekende service en mooie kamers zorgden voor een aangenaam verblijf. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de schone faciliteiten waren indrukwekkend, en de locatie was handig voor vervoer, en er waren veel winkels en restaurants in de buurt, dus ik kon genieten van een comfortabele reis. Ik zal de volgende keer weer voor dit hotel kiezen. Ik raad het aan!

Perfect experience! The room is much bigger than I expected with a nice view. Very thoughtful arrangements such as warm lights, water, towels, soap and even a teakettle! Totally saved my life! Very convenient public transportation, direct S Bahn to airport (10 stations), and 4 stations to the city center
