We stayed for one night and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was especially nice, with a large and comfortable shower area. There were a few small details missing that you might expect from a five-star hotel, such as a toothbrush, slippers, and a water kettle in the room. However, this was not a major issue for a short stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

In fact, the hotel is quite good. My room was clean and breakfast satisfactory. Unfortunately, as often as in other hotels, the service was under-occupied and therefore partly over-charged. However, everyone was struggling and always friendly. I would stay here again. Since the Lori restaurant is only 10 minutes walk and definitely worth a visit.

Toplandschap, zeer aangename rust. Perfecte benadering van het hotel. Optisch precies goed voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar een hotel in de natuur met hoge eisen. Terras, wat wil je nog meer. Check-in was aangenaam, het eten was zeer goed. Personeel zeer attent en behulpzaam. Ontbijt top en rijk. Lekker! Kamers waren besteld met een balkon en waren groter. Gewoonweg prachtig, inclusief een bed om op te slapen. Slechte megaruimte. De SPA-ruimte is ruim met een groot zwembad en zeer attente medewerkers. Kort en goed. Hotel**** met klasse. Kan alleen maar zonder voorbehoud aanbevelen. Ga erheen en geniet ervan. Top parkeergarage. Leuk, aan alles gedacht. Geniet ervan Wij gaan er weer heen. Bovenal is de locatie prachtig

Definitely recommended when having an early flight or late arrival. Staff is nice and friendly; hotel and area look modern and glass-y, rooms are spacious, clean and lovely, especially the interior design. They offer a kettle and a bit of tea and coffee. Depending on when you arrive/book, you may choose between a room with a shower or a bath tub. Spa area is also available, included for guests staying overnight is sauna and pool. (Massages available at extra cost.) Towels and bathrobe are available at the site, they also provide drinking water which is very kind. We would come back here anytime when having an early flight. A great way to start (or even end) a trip.

Location is perfect, within 5min walking distance to their old town and market square, 10-15min drive to Neuschwanstein Castle (parking area). The room is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide onsite parking, need check in first, get the keycard to open the garrage gate.

De locatie is een beetje afgelegen, maar het openbaar vervoer is erg handig. De bushalte ligt recht tegenover het hotel. Je kunt bus 149/190 nemen en achteruit rijden naar het stadscentrum. Er is ook DM op de weg. Het is handig in een groot winkelcentrum. De interne faciliteiten van het hotel zijn zeer compleet, inclusief verkoopautomaten, bars, enz. De binnenruimte van de kamer is vrij groot en de badkamer is in goede staat. Er is een badkuip in onze kamer, maar die hebben we vanwege fysieke problemen niet gebruikt. Hoe de afvoer is weet ik niet. Het enige vervelende is dat het schot aan de zijkant van het bad niet strak en breed genoeg is, waardoor er tijdens het douchen water naar buiten blijft stromen, wat de ervaring een beetje onaangenaam maakt.

We loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional (except that we saw one or two members of staff eating behind the reception on more than one occasion, which is not professional). The hotel itself is very modern and very clean, but the claim on the hotel website that each room has air condition is not true. The rooms have a heating and cooling system, but the cooling system is not air conditioning and does not let out cool air in the winter and spring. The problem is that, due to climate change, March is much warmer than it used to be. If you are staying in one of the lovely 4th floor suites and the sun is shining, the temperature can easily reach the mid-20s and the room retains that warmth at night. This morning, it was 25 Celsius in our room, and over the coming days it will be much warmer. In a few more weeks, it will be uncomfortably warm without air conditioning or a functioning cooling system. Regardless of where you are in the world, air conditioning is air conditioning. It has no other name. The words air conditioning should not appear on the hotel website. It is misleading. Despite this issue, we had an enjoyable stay and we can recommend the hotel and the staff.
