Pet friendly hotels in Alberta, Canada

Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!

The location is accessible to different public transport which is convenient for solo travellers. Also, it is in the middle of downtown area where restaurants and major establishments are located. Overall, chateau Lacombe is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to go in Edmonton.

The staffs are very nice, the hotel is dog friendly. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable, I really felt that I was at home.

房間寬敞乾淨，空調好用且和其他老酒店相比噪音比較小（不是靜音），早餐是普通的西式早餐，位置不錯（紅鹿本身城市也不大），有免費停車位，整體滿意。

Roy was super helpful when we checked in. Thank you for going the extra mile for us. We loved our room. We would recommend this hotel and friendly service of Roy to everyone visiting Edmonton.

很不錯的酒店，早餐可以點雞蛋卷，也是免費的。在這裏過了一夜，總體滿意，很推薦，性價比高，過去最大的西埃德蒙頓購物中心開車很快的，那個商場值得逛逛，另外，那個河谷公園可以去走走，100多年的鐵橋。

This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

The check in was good; the agent was professional and friendly.The hotel is tired - needs a very deep clean and refurbishing in the common areas, elevators and rooms. It has windows in the rooms that open which was great! The restaurant was unexpectedly closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was pretty much all carbs and protein - would have been great to see some fruit. Lots of food. A decent stay for the price I paid and its proximity to the hospital which was where I needed to go.

Op 26 juni 2024, de deur van het hotel is niet erg zichtbaar, de lobby is niet rijk, veel lager dan het verwachte viersterrenhotel, maar de kamers zijn ingericht (behalve bed), sanitaire voorzieningen, de gangen, het geluidsisolatie-effect... is nog steeds goed, voldoet aan de viersterrennorm. De kamer is uitgerust met een koelkast, een kluis, maar er is geen microgolf. Na de telefoon wordt onmiddellijk een kamer gestuurd. De klantenservice is goed, behalve om een dag te vergeten het schoon te maken. Ik wil graag de onredelijke ontwerp-uitgaven van de slaapkamers bespreken (zie foto's). De twee ”rechthoekige” bedden van de bedden zijn buiten beschadigd. De eerste dag wordt twee keer gegooid door de twee rechthoekige hoeken. Dezelfde plaats van de benen die de nacht uit de badkamer kwamen, wordt weer gegooid, de zomer is minder en is dun. De volgende dag vond ik de krant om de ”rechthoek” te bedekken, herinnerde ik me visueel aan de wandeling en vermijdde het verdere letsel. Tegelijkertijd klaagde hij tegen het ontwerp van ”onredelijk” en het hotel heeft een humane behandeling verricht. Herinneren aan vrienden die willen verblijven in dit hotel, aandacht besteden aan de hoek van de bedden, en wordt gezegd dat alle bedden in het hotel dezelfde ontwerp zijn.

Location is good, not far from the airport and the shuttle is great. There is some tiny noise from the train next to the hotel
