Pet friendly hotels in Sao Paulo State, Brazil

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!

Er hing een vreemde, muffe geur op de gang. De kamer was behoorlijk vochtig. Er was een raam, maar dat kon niet open. Het personeel was redelijk vriendelijk. It close to the subway station easy to locate. Great breakfast. It is not in commercial area.Compct room as no table, chair, work station, wardrobe or open windows. I had to open my bag on the floor creating lots of clutter on the ground despitebeinga solo traveler. If you are a couple, don'tbook this hotel. . No cross ventilation. No cafes around. I won't stay here again.

Het hotel is nieuw, maar mijn collega en ik werden bij onze online boeking op verschillende verdiepingen naast de lift geplaatst. We hoorden een rommelend geluid telkens wanneer de lift aansloeg. Om 00:00 uur ging er een scherp alarm af dat meer dan tien seconden duurde, en daarna nog een keer om 01:00 uur. Het was zo beangstigend dat ik er niet goed van kon slapen. Ik meldde het de volgende dag bij de receptie en ze zeiden dat ze het aan het onderzoeken waren, maar ze gaven me geen uitleg.

I have been here for 3rd time and everything is amazing here, the location is very safe for foreigners as you know Paulista district is 24hours monitoring by police. The best about here is everything walking distance not more than kilometers, restaurants and shopping mall. I recommended to every tourists that come to Brazil to stay here. Management and amenities all complete and the apartment is very clean, i give rate 9.5/10.

The service was poor compared to other Novotels I stayed at and the amenities were quite poor. It was the first hotel that didn’t provide basic things like drinking water or tissues in the room, quite disappointing.

It's a very good hotel , just I will not booking again because didn't not get my point in IHG so , it's a problem .
