Great stay..but we could not use the zip line.. and slides water..they said Opening evening after 4pm.. sad..we have to check out before 12noon no extended stay..very bad.

Excellent stay. The reception staff is very friendly. Mohammed and khulood are very welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The room has all the amenities including clean linen. Neel at the restaurant was excellent. Along with the morning restaurant staff was very helpful & kind to us.

初めてこのソハールの中でこちらのホテルを選ばせていただきましたが、まずは立地は良いと思いました。
サービスは普通かなと。
部屋は広くて清潔感は割とありました
今度機会があればまた利用するかも知れません。

رراغبI stayed at the hotel and checked in at 2 p.m. I had requested a twin bed, and while the room had two beds, they were joined as one. I was told someone would come to separate them and change the bedsheets, but I waited for almost two hours with no one coming, even after calling several times.
I finally went down to speak to the front desk manager. He was very understanding and apologized for the delay. He promised to investigate and offered me a free breakfast as a service recovery. I really appreciate his professional attitude and the way he handled the situation. Thank you for the great service recovery.
Would like and recommend to visit barcelo again
