"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The environment is calm and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very convenient, as it is not far from other beaches such as Pantai Kemasik, which makes exploring the area even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my bracelet behind, and they were honest enough to keep it safely and return it to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Good things; Overall it is a nice resort, nice breakfast. I love the environment, big room, big bathroom, cozy. I just come during the maintenance, so there was no gym. Opinion; Not suitable for solo traveller unless you are very brave. Something I heard during a night consistently but there is no people on the rooms after my room 😂. I just ignore. Some for improvement; 1) Shower is clogging, need to replace. 2) No lock at the behind door, it is related to safety. I put some indicator and when I return back the item is moved. But not sure human or non-human caused 😂. Also I never saw any security persons do rounding. Overall it is a nice resort."

Een uniek detail is echter dat ze toiletslippers verstrekken, die ik niet in veel andere hotels heb gevonden. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en beleefd, en staat altijd klaar om te helpen met eventuele vragen. Voor degenen die Terengganu bezoeken, zou ik zeker overwegen om Paya Bunga Hotel opnieuw te boeken. "At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive from the outside. During the check-in process, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again."

"Het is een geweldig idee om de kinderen mee te nemen op vakantie in een hotel. Je hoeft niet de zee op. Het snorkelen bij Marriott Beach is prachtig en er zijn veel vissen. De boot die het hotel naar het eiland brengt is erg luxe en nieuw. Kamer: Het algehele ontwerp van de kamer is goed. Er is een balkon, een Toto smart toilet in de badkamer, mondwater en badolie die lekker ruikt. De badkamer is groot, waardoor het erg handig is om kinderen te wassen. Er is ook een bad om te baden en er zijn badzouten aanwezig. VOEDSEL: Er zijn drie restaurants. Het westerse eten is heerlijk, vooral het vlees en de gegrilde lamskoteletten. Het enige nadeel is dat er niet veel Chinese gerechten zijn. Nadat ik een paar maaltijden had gegeten, miste ik Chinees eten, zoals gebakken rijst met ei, roergebakken spinazie en gestoomde vis. Het hotel kan eventueel Chinees eten toevoegen. faciliteit: Er zijn drie zwembaden, het water is schoon en niet koud. Ik had geen tijd om naar de sportschool te gaan, maar het ouder-kindcentrum kan voor de kinderen zorgen en heeft handwerklessen. Er waren ook een aantal yogalessen, kooklessen en introductielessen in koraalduiken, maar daar had ik helaas geen tijd voor. Het hotel beschikt ook over een duikcentrum waar u zeetochten kunt boeken en duikuitrusting kunt huren."
