Hotels met parking in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan

Stayed 2 nights, front desk staffs are very helpful. Our room view over looking the harbour that’s beautiful. The issues we had was the first night we wanted dine in the hotel the Buffet restaurant was full, then the 2nd floor Japanese restaurants also full. We booked 2nd night dinner at buffet restaurant. We were told it’s full can only have it at 8pm. Guess what, when we arrive at the restaurant at 8pm. that’s not much food left no refill. My recommendation staying at the hotel is good but better not dine in the buffet restaurant for dinner.

De locatie van het hotel is erg goed. Het is ongeveer 5 minuten verwijderd van het tramstation Kawaramachi. Je kunt een eendaags warmwaterbronpakket kopen en met de tram rijden. Ik ging naar Ayaoshan Onsen en had een goedkope en heerlijke krabmaaltijd en had een leuke tijd. Er is ook een zeer populaire curry udon-winkel naast het hotel. Deze gaat pas om 20.00 uur open en er zal een lange rij mensen staan. Omdat ik ernaast woon, arriveerde ik 15 minuten voordat deze openging om de eerste ronde te eten.

First of all, I must say the service was absolutely fantastic!! They really work hard and did a really great job, especially the lady with a pair of glasses! So sorry I didn’t get the name, please transfer my big thank you for the assistance for checking in, picking up my baggage and driving me from the hotel to JR station. You are very cute by the way lol Secondly, although the price is a bit high, I do recommended it if you come here for a rest, a celebration or even with friends. A quiet, spacious hotel which must try once in a lifetime.

Great place to relax and experience out of city Japan. Excellent cleanliness with all amenities supplied. You can even wear the Yukata provided and experience both private and public onsen.

Hard to truly review this property as we checked in but didn't stay.  We were under the impression that we had booked the Hotel rather than the Inn - it can be confusing as they have nearly identical names. Judging by the lobby and location of the Inn, we did not feel that it was up to our standards.  Thus, we immediately checked out and booked the Hotel instead for our stay. Unfortunately, at the point our prepayment was non-refundable.  This was ultimately our fault, but please be advised to make sure that you would like to stay at the Inn (a more business stay lodging) rather than the Hotel (a more traditional full service lodging).

Excellent location just 2 minutes walk to JR station. They provide very good breakfast.

The hotel is about 20~25 mins walk away from the JR rail station. The facility is on average. Room is small but is fully equipped. I am traveling with my wife and the double bed is small even for our Asian sizes. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. We stayed at Dormy Inns at other locations and have much more varieties and choices than this one at Takamatsu . Putting another set of pillows in the room will be welcomed by most guests.

Zeer tevreden, de kamer is schoon en ruim, en er is een klein balkon waar je de zonsondergang kunt bekijken. Er zijn niet veel opties in Naoshima, en deze is een echte aanrader. Het is ongeveer 10 minuten van de pier. Er zijn borden langs de weg, maar het is bergopwaarts en het is een beetje moeilijk om de bagage te duwen. Er is maar één 7-sterrenhotel op het hele eiland en het is ongeveer 13 minuten van het hotel verwijderd. In principe wordt het avondeten geregeld bij de supermarkt. Ik raad persoonlijk aan om de eilandbus te nemen voor sightseeing, wat 100 yen per keer kost. Fietsen is erg moeilijk om te berijden en er zijn veel bergopwaartse wegen. Als je niet erg fit bent, is het niet aan te raden om te fietsen.

It’s about 10 mins walk from airport bus station and 26 mins walk to the ferry terminal. On the day of our arrival, we accidentally left our bag in the bus. With the help of google translate, the hotel staff understood our problem and efficiently communicated with the bus company, we managed to get our bag eventually. There’s coin washer/dryer (¥300/wash) and free coffee/green tea in the cafe, a shared kitchen where one can heat up food and stuff. We stayed 4 nights and we have enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back again!

The staff of Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel are professional and considerable. Their service are excellent, especially 1) The shuttle bus driver (morning shift strong man, forgot asking his name). When we arrived at Shodoshima Ferry Pier at 11:00am on April 7, we found a hotel shuttle bus, but not sure if it's the one of our staying hotel. We asked the driver if it's the one that waiting to pick us up. He said yes, but the hotel check-in time should be 3:00pm in the afternoon. He suggested us to have the sightseeing first and helped register the afternoon time for picking us instead. Also, he suggested taking our hand carry bags to the hotel front desk to avoid we carrying too heavy bags while travelling. 2) The lady staff (sorry for forgetting her name) at the lobby hall, who was very proactive. She came over immediately to help taking photos for us when she found we're taking a selfie. She also served us with free drinks for enjoying the sunset at the hall. 3) The staff at the reception desk are very professional. They helped us for check-in, explained the details of the time for meals, and provided all the information required. 4) The foods for dinner & breakfast buffet are very nice and yummy. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Overall, Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel is a very professional and comfortable accommodation for stay. We're pleased and feel glad choosing this hotel.
