Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is comfortabel en die van mij heeft directe toegang tot het strand. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd. Mijn vriend en ik waren dol op de gebakken aubergine en gebakken bloemkool, die we nergens anders vinden. De locatie is goed, op 20 minuten van het centrum.

The place is clean, smells fresh, and wonderful surroundings close to the hot air balloons and star gazing. You can see the sunset walking distance from the camp. The staff are amazing. The food is great. Including dinner in your stay is so worth it as they serve one of the best dinner buffets. Great value for money 100% 💯

We really enjoyed our stay at UFO Luxotel. One thing to note is that the hotel is not within the Wadi Rum protected area, so it is about 5 minutes drive to the main gate. The hotel does have some partnership with the local bedouins who can take you on a desert or camel tour, but it is better to liaise with the local bedouin on your own. The bubble tents are really nice, made of plastic, comes with a standing shower, washbasin and a comfortable bed. There is air conditioning inside the tent. Outside the tent, there is a hammock and some chairs. At night, the weather in the desert can get quite cold so we enjoyed the special fur blanket provided in the room. There was a stargazing photography course but we did not sign up for it. The food was absolutely delicious, from the dinner with local dishes and underground baked lamb, to the breakfast buffet. Since our tent was quite far from the entrance, there was a buggy to send us to our room. But on the day of the checkout, after calling reception, the buggy took a bit longer than expected. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the desert in these luxury tents, and the price was affordable.

Good value hotel in Jordan I have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details. There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes,drinks and shisha. The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well.

De kamer was erg mooi 😌, wat perfect is voor een verblijf in de woestijn. Het diner was zeer ceremonieel; iedereen keek toe hoe de chef-kok een kip tevoorschijn haalde die in de grond was begraven. Oh, en er is hier geen mobiel bereik, maar je kunt nog steeds genieten van de rust en stilte ✨

Het hotel was zeer goed in dit hotel, het personeel was zeer handig en zeer aardig met ons. Het ontbijt is een buffet met traditionele Jordaanse voedsel en het was goed.

the call center in Egypt were very rude hang up on me , the second call to confirm reservation they are unhelpful and took them 18 min to confirm simple thing they kept me on hold for simple thing, they were unhelpful without any knowledge about hotel booking and rooms one of our rooms 631 a/c was not working very disappointed with hilton this time to be fair, the reception disk T HILTON aqaba were very nice and helpful and tried to compensate us

It was a very good hotel during my stay in Jordan. Security was also very kind to me 々 Japanese. It was delicious about breakfast and it was close to the center so I could sightsee on foot. We were moving by car rental, but it was good to be able to park well.

房間非常不錯哦，陽台也很大。視野開闊，周邊配套設施也很好，離酒店不遠就有一家中餐館，非常奈斯，下次還會再住這裏！
