Hotels met parking in Veneto, Italy

Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

De prijs was uitstekend: voor twee nachten in een tweepersoonskamer betaalden we nog geen 800 RMB. De algehele inrichting is erg luxueus en doet denken aan een viersterrenhotel. De liften zijn modern, de kamers worden geopend met een kaart, er is airconditioning en het matras is zeer comfortabel. De locatie is ook goed: binnen 5 minuten lopen bereik je een bushalte, vanwaar je met de bus binnen een halfuur rechtstreeks op het hoofdeiland bent. Vanaf dezelfde halte kun je ook buslijn 15 nemen die rechtstreeks naar de luchthaven gaat. In de directe omgeving vind je bovendien heerlijke Italiaanse restaurants, een Chinees noedelrestaurant en winkels waar je bubble tea en gebak kunt kopen. Persoonlijk vond ik dit veel comfortabeler dan een verblijf in de oude en dure hotels op het eiland zelf. Minpunten zijn het ontbreken van een koelkast en dat de schoonmaakservice niet is langs geweest, vermoedelijk omdat we laat de deur uit waren (na 11.00 uur). Dit was echter niet echt storend. Soms hing er wel een lichte rioollucht in de badkamer.

A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper). I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service. I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus.

Hoewel er alleen een benzinestation tegenover het hotel is, is de locatie toch uitstekend. De bushalte naar Venetië en de luchthaven ligt pal voor het hotel. De busrit naar Plaza di Roma duurt slechts 8 minuten. Het hotel verkoopt de buskaartjes. Er rijden twee bussen en de dienstregeling is zeer regelmatig. We hebben nooit langer dan 10 minuten hoeven wachten. Echt heel handig. Het zwembad is ook erg goed en niet erg druk. Het ontbijt was oké. Het personeel was buitengewoon behulpzaam met informatie, met name over het vervoer naar Venetië en de luchthaven.

Het lijkt een beetje ver van het centraal station. En zelfs op de eerste verdieping moet je, afhankelijk van de locatie van de kamer, soms nog een paar extra trappen op, wat lastig kan zijn met een koffer. Het personeel was wel erg vriendelijk!

Het hotel ligt op Lido, een eilandje voor de kust van Venetië. Om er vanaf het hoofdeiland te komen, moet je met de boot of een shuttlebus. Een enkele reis met de auto voor drie personen kost iets meer dan €50, en een retourtje meer dan €100, waardoor vervoer niet erg handig is. Het eilandje is echter minder druk en heeft een prachtig landschap, waardoor het zeker een bezoek waard is. Maar het grootste probleem is het hotel zelf. Met meer dan 2700 RMB voor twee nachten is het niet goedkoop, en de kamer was over het algemeen niet erg schoon. Het beddengoed voelde vies aan, de handdoeken stonken, de tafel was stoffig en de inductiekookplaat was kapot. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat laag. De hotelservice was redelijk; hoewel er in eerste instantie geen slippers waren, kregen we die na een verzoek alsnog. Hopelijk kunnen ze de hygiëne verbeteren.

The hotel reception blamed Trip.com, saying they should not and cannot charge the city tax, and then asked me to pay again. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel, but the reception staff need better training. When I checked out, the receptionist asked me to pay the city tax. I told her that my booking clearly included the city tax, but she kept insisting that what I had prepaid did not cover it. At that moment, I couldn’t find the booking receipt in my email, so I couldn’t show her proof right away. Because she kept saying I was wrong, my teenage son started to believe her and argued with me, saying, “If she asks for it, just pay, it’s only €14.” This was upsetting, not because of the money, but because it set the wrong example for my son. In the end, I paid the €14 again and then took about 10 minutes to search through my email. When I finally found the booking receipt, I went back to show it to her — proving that I was right and the city tax had already been included. At that point, she asked someone else for help (possibly a manager), and instead of apologizing, they blamed Trip.com, saying I should ask the agent for a refund. I later contacted Trip.com, and they processed the refund without any issues. I’ve used Trip.com many times before, and I’ve never had a problem like this. The real issue here is not the money but the lack of professionalism at the hotel reception.

Gezellig hotel met eigen parkeerplaats. Je kon overal schoon ruiken, van de gangen tot de kamers, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, onze kamer was erg groot met een kluis en een koelkast. We vroegen om een ​​extra kussen en een welkomstpakket en ze stonden klaar om aan onze verzoeken te voldoen. Gunstige locatie om de verschillende dorpen van Garda te bereiken en op een steenworp afstand van het commerciële gebied Affi. Goed ontbijt.
