Accommodation was fine . The TV was tiny. Breakfast ok. Great location for overnight stop. Female receptionists were fantastic, helpful and polite .

This hotel is beautiful in a perfect setting, very close to Stratford-upon-Avon. The only negative points are around meal times. Breakfast supplies need better management or a dining room manager. Items were often running very low t9 depleted, and manu guests had to keep asking for the missing items. Secondly, wedding parties / guests pass through one of breakfast rooms to reach the wedding ceremony room. Guests were being ushered in to the breakfast room where hotel guests were still finishing up there breakfast. This room should be kept separate and hotel guests given space and time to enjoy their breakfast. We moved in to the bar area but that was worse, as people piled in before 11am for drinks! If the bar is going to be open then ushered wedding guests in to one area rather than disrupting guests staying at the hotel. We felt very uncomfortable and as though we were intruding on them. The other point I would like to make is about the lady who announces the wedding info should be more courteous to staff. I heard an abrupt command for an item to be moved .. this is rude and unacceptable, especially in front of guests or anyone, for that matter, let alone embarrassing for the member of staff involved. All the staff were lovely, I just think they would benefit from some training or guidance on running a well organised breakfast room. Dinner was fabulous, just a little disorganised and slow at times. Needs to be a bit more attentive The Spa and pools are wonderful. Overall, we had a most wonderful stay and our room was excellent! I would definitely go back again.. just employ some more staff,, seasonal if need be.

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

The hotel is very good from a room perspective, but the quality of food is well below par. On 2 nights this week, the food has been a letdown due to being cold, and on Thursday evening, I had to wait well over an hour for the food to come, and it was luke warm at best!!! Will stay again, but won't eat there anymore.

The room was spacious and well-sized, located in a convenient area with excellent facilities nearby. A great choice for both comfort and accessibility.

It was an amazing hotel! The staff was very pleasant. We got ourselves an update and the room was majestic (huge, clean, confortable and beautifully decorated). The breakfast was varied, delicious and had a good vibe atmosphere! The location is perfect. We could find everything we needed (museums, parks, pubs, grocery stores and some attractions). We'll definitely come again when we travel to Leamington Spa!

Nice helpful staff. Game room was great but poor quality broken bats and equipment were provided.Hotel was generally clean and well maintained. Really nice for families.Lots of free parking. Great breakfast.

Location is great but is expensive. They have tried to automate things but means a hit on service. Did not tell us about registering the car numberplate in a computer as part of check in. We then got stuck at a barrier just popping out to see the area. Then had to pay the barrier as no humans. Then had to make a claim. Then still waiting for the claim. Computers reduce headcount but reduce service. The hotel itself is fine but was not value for money.

Lovely hotel,really friendly staff,great location and clean rooms. Very quiet location even though the hotel is on the high street. Would definitely book again and it’s dog friendly
