Yes, I was able to check in early, which was really helpful. The room was spotless, and there were tea, coffee, and even a biscuit — very impressed. I went to the gym, which was well equipped, even with dumbbells up to 20kg and a bench. The swimming pool and sauna were perfect after my session, and the showers were great quality and very clean. They even had a spinner to dry swimwear. I went for a meal in the restaurant — 10 out of 10. Amazing selection and served straight away. I will definitely be back; for the price, it’s hard to beat. Incredible location as well.

I go to this hotel for hiking in Ben Nevis. This hotel is not far away, just 15 mins car drive. The hotel is clean and the bathroom with good supply with hot water. View from the window is beautiful. For the price which have 2 tasty dinners and buffet breakfast is good deal. Also, live band at night is also enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I found my one night stay at the Highlander Hotel to be very pleasant. My room was a generous double en suite and was spotless. As a solo traveller on a pedal bike I was pleased that there was a secure shed where I could leave my bike in confidence. The staff were very helpful over this and again when I reported that the tv wasn't receiving a signal. This was sorted very quickly with a new aerial cable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit and a choice of hot dishes. Great value and I'd certainly go back.

Dit hotel lijkt slechte recensies te krijgen, maar ik denk dat veel ervan onterecht zijn. Naar onze ervaring was het een goed hotel, geweldige locatie en de persoon die ons incheckte was erg goed. Vooral omdat ze een lastige klant voor ons moest afhandelen. Het bed was erg groot en had een goede matras. De gebruikelijke dingen die je in een hotelkamer verwacht, en fijne gratis toiletartikelen. De locatie van het hotel is ideaal om het centrum van Inverness te verkennen, op minder dan 10 minuten lopen van de beroemdste geldautomaat van Inverness (IYKYK). Er is beperkte parkeergelegenheid, maar een redelijk geprijsde parkeergarage ligt op slechts een paar minuten lopen. De trap in de receptie die naar de eerste verdieping leidt, is ook erg indrukwekkend.

Just back from staying in the West End Hotel Nairn and had a great weekend room spacious clean and tidy hotel very covid conscious was staying B&B my only negative was the breakfast although what you got was very good and freshly cooked to order choice was limited to 7 items from a possible 10 and it was either continental with juice,yogurt,cereal and porridge or a cooked breakfast of 7 items I would have liked fruit juice to start and only one slice of toast we were never offered more tea coffee or toast either day, don’t get me wrong what you got was excellent but limited I thought. On the second night we had dinner and I must admit we were spoiled for choice I chose the lasagne with garlic bread my wife had Chicken Stroganoff with rice we had a portion of homemade chips and homemade onion rings all was cooked to perfection really could not fault anything will definitely return in the future

De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, maar er was geen airconditioning, dus het kon soms wat warm worden. De temperatuur verschilt per kamer, dus vraag het gerust aan de receptie. Het was desondanks een fijn verblijf.

Het was verder dan verwacht van Inverness, maar dat was geen groot probleem, omdat Nairn zo'n mooie kleine stad is om te ontdekken, zodat het hotel eindigde perfect. Het is een beetje gruwelijk, maar als iedereen erin was gekomen, had ik een fatsoenlijke slaap en het ontbijt was geweldig. Bedankt.

Location was perfect, Decor in room requires freshening up, Back of the door and part of facings were fresh painted but not completed. Shower requires cleaning (Black mould just needs Bleaching ) and the plastic seals replaced They were yellowed with age. Staff were Very efficient and Friendly 😀

非常驚喜的酒店，在英國十幾天感覺最舒服的酒店！酒店在河邊，有自己獨立的花園和停車場，很安全便利，環境安靜、優美宜人！房間設施齊全，乾濕分離兩用非常方便合理，床品及毛巾都幹整潔舒適，提供一次性的拖鞋、牙刷、棉簽、剔須刀、梳子和針線包，這在英國的酒店是非常罕見的！每一位服務員都彬彬有禮，主動幫忙把行李送到房間，耐心帶我們去挑選喜歡的房間，餐食可口！各服務細節都非常細緻周到！感覺非常棒，又讓酒店安排了一晚在一樓可以走出陽台的房間，享受着綠草如茵，參天大樹，小鳥鳴叫的大自然的味道，還在草地上發現了野生大靈芝，非常愝意！以後來蘇格蘭高地肯定會再次入住！
