Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

Generally, I can assess our stay as a good experience. Rooms are quite big and clean. Location was great. Only thing that was missing was hygenic amenities such as cotton pads, ear bugs, teeth set etc.

Overall, Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos Airport offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and high service standards. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend it to other travelers.

Het hotel is nieuw, maar mijn collega en ik werden bij onze online boeking op verschillende verdiepingen naast de lift geplaatst. We hoorden een rommelend geluid telkens wanneer de lift aansloeg. Om 00:00 uur ging er een scherp alarm af dat meer dan tien seconden duurde, en daarna nog een keer om 01:00 uur. Het was zo beangstigend dat ik er niet goed van kon slapen. Ik meldde het de volgende dag bij de receptie en ze zeiden dat ze het aan het onderzoeken waren, maar ze gaven me geen uitleg.

Er hing een vreemde, muffe geur op de gang. De kamer was behoorlijk vochtig. Er was een raam, maar dat kon niet open. Het personeel was redelijk vriendelijk. Op de eerste dag ontdekte ik dat ik de verkeerde adapter had meegenomen, dus vroeg ik bij de receptie om een ​​vervangende adapter, die ik één nacht heb gebruikt.

O hotel é extremamente limpo, organizado, todos os atendentes são super solicitos, sempre nos atenderam de forma muito respeitosa e educada. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, amei poder comer ovos com bacon de manhã entre outras maravilhas. Região extremamente agradável em especial por sua ampla gama de restaurantes para você que gosta de comer comida boa, o que posso falar? The room features a kitchenette with a microwave; the reception area has a 24-hour convenience store and a self-service coffee machine from a well-known brand. The only downside is the poor soundproofing.

I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!
