Hotel muito bem localizado. Pertíssimo do Shopping Savassi. Vista espetacular dos limites da cidade, do Shopping e do Colégio Marista. Bairro seguro e arborizado. Muitas lojas e restaurantes por perto. Restaurante Olegário, dentro do hotel, muito bom. Instalações muito confortáveis, ar condicionado excelente, fina decoração, chuveiro ótimo e produtos de higiene de primeira e atendimento dos funcionários excelente, destaque para o Rafael da recepção.

We stayed at Nobile Inn Pampulha during our trip to Belo Horizonte, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a nice area close to the airport and Pampulha attractions.

Ótima localização, quartos muito bons, porém infelizmente, serviço péssimo.
Filas enormes pra check-in e check out, atendentes nunca sabem de nada.. Check-in as 14h já é extremamente ruim, e ainda tivemos a experiencia de entrar na fila gigante da recepção pra realizar e quando chegamos na nossa vez, as 13:58, o atendente falou que não poderia fazer por que o horário era as 14h, que era pra esperarmos no fim da fila. Em resumo, fomos poder entrar realmente no quarto quase as 15h, no nosso caso, que estavamos nos hospedando pra um casamento as 16h, foi muito ruim.
Agora pra sair (check out), o tratamento foi bem diferente, a não ser pela fila que continuava gigante. Sem 1 minuto de tolerância sequer pra termos que sair.
Experiência ruim pra um hotel de luxo, com certeza buscaremos outro na próxima visita a cidade

O café da manhã é sofrível. Local pequeno demais para o tamanho do hotel. Já poderiam ter resolvido isso, tendo em vista a idade do hotel. Além disso, apenas dois funcionários não davam conta de fazer todo o serviço de limpeza de mesas, reposição de utensílios e dos itens oferecidos no buffet. Entendemos que o preço do hotel é econômico, mas nem por isso é autorização antecipada para ocorra esse tipo de desorganização. Sugestão: reduzir as opções de buffet, mas garantir para que não falte o mínimo, como café quente e pão de sal.

Günstiges Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings sehr hellhörig. Das Kind auf der anderen Seite war permanent mit seinem Geschrei zu hören. Das Zimmer hatte den Charme eines Jugendherbergsschlafsaals. Frühstück durchschnittlich aber in Ordnung. Von einem Hilton Garden Inn hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet.

YYoushanThe service attitude of the front desk attendant was extremely poor. The taxi I called for me had already started the meter when I got in the car. I asked the driver about it, but he pretended not to know. However, I know it is impossible for the meter to jump so much when I get in the car tomorrow. I rejected the fraudulent driver and reported it to the front desk and called a new taxi. The girl at the front desk said there were no other cars. When I asked her which direction the nearby Av. Brasil was, she also shook her head and pretended not to know. How could she not know such a famous street? She must be unhappy because I didn't cooperate with her and was cheated by the driver.

GGuest UserI was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.

GGuest UserAs an airport hotel, the distance from the airport is close, and there is a free shuttle bus, which can be said to be convenient. However, detailed information about the shuttle bus is not properly written on the hotel website, and if you don't know it, you may not know its existence. I didn't know where the platform was at the airport terminal, so I finally found it on foot. The reception also seems to be accommodating one person to multiple guests who arrive at once by shuttle bus. Check-in takes a considerable amount of time if there are many people. The rooms are not equipped with kettles or cups and cannot drink tea. There is no bottled water service.

MMARCIA ANGELOI really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

PPhil85The quality of the location is undeniable both in terms of staff and room comfort, breakfast is simple but very good, the establishment is located about fifteen minutes from the airport and is served by a shuttle system (Uber is faster for a SIM price).
I recommend this Hotel for transfer only because it is well located and close to the airport but the area is not equipped with shops or curiosities

GGuest UserHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

GGuest UserMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

LlarafmThe room was a bit smaller than the previous one stayed, with quite worn out furniture, bedsheets and towels. AC was good, bathroom size was alright as well. The breakfast was the highlight, with great options and many local delicacies. Super well located, near a shopping mall at a walking distance and many famous pubs just across the street.
