The hotel location is the best, so close to the conference place and can walk to V&A waterfront around 20mins. Or you can take a hop on hop off bus to go around cape town, the bus stop also very close tho the hotel. But honestly the hotel is not really clean, but the room is big enough! Better ask for nee renovated room, the old one is really old, you won’t like it. And better bring your own slippers and teeth brush, cause the hotel didn’t provide but you can pay hotel to get one. The breakfast is just ok, but there is a burger king near the hotel. And need to be careful when go out, especially during night time.

Lovely stay at Pepperclub - recommended. We chose to celebrate a big milestone in South Africa to create some very special memories. We toured from Joburg, through Nambiti to Durban and then onto Cape Town, and we booked Pepperclub to have a pampered end to our trip. The location is great, near Bo Kaap, local markets and safe to walk around. We had no problem getting where we needed to go. The hotel is very clean including the communal areas, gym and of course the rooms. However, housekeeping was more 4* - simple requests like extra blankets needed to be chased, and the turndown of the room happened every day but was inconsistent (sometimes the bathroom was cleaned and restocked, sometimes not). Similarly, the service was inconsistent even through the reception/concierge was always well staffed - Godfrey always greeted us enthusiastically, and there was another duty manager that was very diligent and followed-up well. However, when Godfrey was not on shift the welcome was more muted, and the staff on reception weren't exactly warm and not always efficient. Restaurant staff were always very warm and friendly. Breakfast was great - with good selection of buffet and a la carte options served swiftly. Lunch options were good too, and room service was efficient. Spa was excellent with very good massages and treatments. The Gym is good, though a little small, and for clarity the pool is not heated (but is beautiful). We didn't get a chance to try the private Odeon cinema, but they only had older movies not the newer ones found at public Odeon cinemas. Great views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the rooms. The hotel were able to grant our special requests of early check-in, inter-leading rooms and they dressed the room and provided cake and bubbly to celebrate our anniversary - lovely touches. You won't regret your stay, but you may not be compelled to stay again.

Отличное месторасположение. Тихий район, до продуктовых магазинов 500 метров. Набережная в 30 минутах ходьбы. Удобно, что есть кухня, где можно приготовить пищу. Внутренний дворик располагает для приема пищи. В гостиницу бесконтактное заселение. Возле входной двери 10 коробочек, в которых спрятаны ключи от вашего номера. Сообщение с кодом приходит в день заезда не ранее 10-00. Достаточно удобно

Ik heb een geweldige tijd gehad. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen. Een fatsoenlijk ontbijt, inclusief een saladebar, roerei of omelet. Plus ontbijtgranen, gebak en fruit. De kamer was netjes. Er was een kluis. De sportschool was uitstekend. Het personeel was ook erg aardig. De beveiligers waren super behulpzaam. Je kunt vrijwel overal met een Uber naartoe, dus dit was een prima uitvalsbasis. Hoewel ik wel naar winkels en een paar bezienswaardigheden moest lopen.

Super mooie plek om te verblijven.🏖️ Als je met een groep reist, is dit een geweldig verblijf. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt is lovenswaardig. De locatie ligt naast Radisson, rond het strandhuis en op 3 minuten rijden van de promenade. De beveiliging is relatief goed.

I received excellent service from the staff in the hotel . The most outstanding service was from Mustapha, he helped me on two occasions with the safe, which was giving error codes. Over and above this after I had left the hotel, I had a package arriving late that I could not receive. Mustapha shared his personal Whatsapp number with me to organize the package to be returned to the seller. I have not received such excellent service in some years of staying in hotels outside of South Africa. Thank you!
