Hotel simpático, elegante, muito quente,camas confortáveis.Antes do pequeno almoço a água no banho saia fria,algo que aconteceu os 2 dias seguidos.
Foram 2 noites,no primeiro dia o pequeno almoço foi com hora marcada e correu tudo tranquilo,no segundo dia que era domingo o hotel estava cheio, não marcaram horas para o pequeno almoço e foi um caos, gente à espera em pé, no bar.Depois já não havia quase nada para comer,nem sumos,nem copos,uma confusão,os empregados a correr aflitos, enfim, não foi nada agradável.
Depois, na hora do check-out, apresentaram uma conta do bar do dia anterior , que nós nem sequer fomos,nem estivemos lá .Ou seja, se enganaram ao apontar número do quarto ou os hóspedes enganaram os e deram do nosso quarto.Enfim demonstra alguma desorganização.

1. Locatie: dit hotel ligt op een betere locatie. Heel dicht bij de bushaltes en de meeste bezienswaardigheden zijn te voet bereikbaar (hoewel er veel steile hellingen zijn).
2. Ontbijt: Het ontbijt was redelijk goed, zoals je van een hotel van deze klasse mag verwachten.
3. De kamer was wat klein, maar over het algemeen oké. De badkamer was ruim en ook oké.

Nice, modern hotel situated a few minutes walk to the sanctuary. The rooms are spacious and of modern design. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean. Wifi is working flawless in the entire hotel. The staff is courteous and eager to assist when needed. The breakfast is richly garnished with a good selection of fruits.
Free parking is offered in der underground garage. The entrance is tricky to manoeuvre. We tried once the hotel food in the evening but preferred to dine outside, as we were not impressed with it.
Hotel impressionante quando si arriva tra verde, parcheggio ed hall con colonne e bel pavimento. Poi arrivi al banco check in e vedi che una delle sedie degli operatori è tutta rovinata. Sali nella zona bar e ristorante e vedi che il bellissimo pavimento della hall scompare perché tutto coperto da moquette che in parte non è più aderente al pavimento ma fa delle pieghe dove si rischia d’inciampare. Vai a prendere l’ascensore per arrivare in camera ed i corridoi ti “accolgono” con uno “splendido odore stantio” perché moquette dappertutto, pareti con carta da parati quasi in plastica/tessuto e il resto in legno. Profumo molto intenso di tutto. Entri in camera ed è la metà di quella che avevi prenotato,
esci sul balcone e ti accorgi che non veniva pulito da molto tempo. Chiedo spiegazioni alla reception per la camera e lo stato delle pulizie e mi dicono che non avevano camere come quella che avevo prenotato ma mi offrono la possibilità del cambio camera. Vedo la seconda molto grande ma con un odore di “chiuso” ancora più persistente della 1. Vedo la 3 di dimensioni ridotte come la 1 ma con un odore meno persistente. Tengo questa. Molto comodo il letto ma balcone sporco come la 1 sia a terra che la finestra del bagno, il soffitto e le pareti. Finestra del bagno impossibile da aprire, porta del bagno con maniglia rotta, doccia che schizzava dappertutto, rubinetto del bidet da fissare, vasca da bagno “nera” vedi foto. Pulizia di tutti gli ambienti molto sommaria. La struttura è stata costruita in 2 momenti di cui il 1 nel 1967. Forse necessiterebbe di una una profonda ristrutturazione o quantomeno manutenzione e pulizia. Colazione nella media ma con poco assortimento per 1 hotel a 4 stelle. Very nice stay. The room had an unusual configuration more in tune for couples rather than a family. The bedroom is up some stairs and there is a bathtub in front of the bed that is open to below which has a pullout bed and TV. The service was great, the pullout bed was pre-made for our son who was traveling with us and the room was cleaned, tidied with the bed made every night. We paid extra for the morning breakfast which was great and it had a lot of food options beyond the usual continental breakfast offerings. It also had a very nice terrace which we visited in the evening. We were also there during a heat wave and the room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. I would definitely stay there again.
Excellent location - a few minutes walk to Shrine od Fatima. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was simple but very clean - for me it was perfect.
I sincerely recommend this place everyone to stay in Fatima. I'll turn back here again during my next trip to Portugal and Fatima.

Situado a escasos metros del santuario el hotel está totalmente equipado. Los trabajadores son encantadores y están deseando ayudar. Recomiendo contratar el desayuno, se trata de un buffet muy rico y variado. Lo único malo es que en el baño hacía mucho frío.

GGuest UserWe arrived early in the pouring rain. We were too early for check-in but luggage was taken with no hesitation. Check-in procedure was undertaken. We returned after the room was available. We had Room 13. Access was via a key pad- no keys necessary. We had a beautiful room with a small terrace area. The kitchen area had everything you would need for a prolonged stay. Microwave, coffee machine and induction hob. There were ample dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Everything was so clean and fresh. We had a quiet and undisturbed night. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet but we could not fault the selection available. Cereal, ham, cheese even small pastis de nata (or similar - which were lovely). Checkout was so easy and we were asked if we needed to leave luggage- always a bonus. We had a fabulous stay and we are so sorry we booked only one night. We highly recommend staying here and we just wish we had used the available facilities more. What an absolutely fantastic place to stay.
