Courteous staffs. Check in and check out is fast. The room is clean and with new sets of white towels and bed sheets. The room size is enough for 2 person. The location is good as it is near the food establishments and coffee shops.
The only missing is it would be nice to have a facial tissue in the room.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Toen ik incheckte kreeg ik te horen dat de boeking niet bevestigd was op het systeem van Zuri Management. Blijkbaar kwamen deze problemen terug, aangezien ik ook nog eens 3-4 andere reizigers tegenkwam die hetzelfde ervaarden. Deze mensen boekten via Agoda, Booking en ik boekte via Trip. Het leek erop dat het Zuri-management hun overboekingsproblemen niet aankan. Het is maar goed dat ze nog een kamer voor ons beschikbaar hebben. Ze lieten me echter opnieuw betalen, ondanks dat er al kosten in rekening waren gebracht. Iemand zou de verantwoordelijkheid voor deze kwestie moeten nemen.
Het is echter jammer dat sommige reizigers dit gedoe hebben meegemaakt en sommigen hebben zelfs een PWD en senior bij zich.

Uitstekend hotel, zeker een aanrader!
Goede locatie, alles op loopafstand.
De kamers zijn fris en niet afgeleefd, het bed is schoon en de handdoeken zijn als nieuw!
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar om te helpen!
Het zwembad is groot en schoon. Er hangt helemaal geen chloorlucht!
De zee ligt op 2 minuten lopen over het terrein van het hotel. Er zijn aparte ligstoelen op het strand, maar er zijn er maar weinig, zo'n 10-15, je kunt er niet altijd een vrij vinden.
Het enige minpuntje is het ontbijt. In een 5-sterrenhotel zou het ontbijt veel beter moeten zijn!
Nog een minpuntje: bij het inchecken in het hotel werd ons bij het uitchecken een gratis transfer naar de luchthaven aangeboden. We gingen akkoord en gaven aan dat de transfer om 10:30 uur 's ochtends zou moeten zijn. We verbleven er 9 dagen en bij het uitchecken bleek dat de transfer niet voor ons was geboekt en dat je over het algemeen 3600 pesos betaalt voor drie personen - dit was vervelend en we moesten een taxi zoeken. Uiteindelijk zijn we er met lokale hulp voor 1500 pesos voor drie personen terechtgekomen.

There's no water on the 4th floor and it took them longer to refill, we called twice. There's no dental kit. It's our second time to check-in at the Hop Inn, Iloilo. I thought there'll be changes, like they will provide dental kits. But it's the same as our first check-in at the hotel. Still, there's no dental kit. The location is awesome - so accessible. When it comes to cleanliness, yes! It's clean. The location is so convenient. But lacking amenities. Like heater/electric kettle, dental kit, refrigerator. Like that. The only thing you can do here is sleep and relax.

Hannah Hotel in Boracay (Station 1) is a budget-friendly boutique hotel known for its great location near White Beach, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. It’s ideal for travelers who value affordability and convenience over luxury.
However, Rooms and facilities are basic, with occasional issues like weak WiFi, small bathrooms, or older furnishings. There’s no elevator, and amenities are limited.

Very professional from the moment I asked from reservations team Shyla, she really answered all our questions and inquiries. Detailed information about the airport transfer service which made it easier for us to decide.
Everyone is proactively attentive with genuine smiles from their faces which made our stay more meaningful.
The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari. They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool.
Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.
If you’re a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.
Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.

We zijn met ons gezin van 4 op vakantie geweest in januari 2024. We boekten een kamer met zwembad voor 2 volwassenen en betaalden de kindermaaltijden ter plaatse. De kamer biedt plaats aan 3 personen, we hebben van tevoren naar het hotel geschreven en zij hebben ons ondergebracht en 4 personen in één kamer ondergebracht. Over het geheel genomen is de indruk positief.
Staff super friendly and helpful i like them specially the morning shift in concierge counter. Very accesible in Everything you need. We book 2pax only but gave us 1 queen bed and 1 single for the comfort my family. Thanks a lot. Where coming back soon.

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile.
The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility.
The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there.
Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.

GGuest UserThank you for making our first trip to Boracay truly memorable, especially for my senior father. We loved the room, amenities, food, pool, and overall service. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
MMatthew BerridgeThis resort is absolutely beautiful! The private beach and the various swimming pool areas are lovely to recharge at. The gym is well equipped and the breakfast buffet is well worth going for. It is also situated not too far away from the main Boracay centre, just a 10 min tuk tuk journey. All the staff were incredibly helpful and respectful towards us during our 2 week stay. The room was spacious and well functioning with a large smart TV and a nicely designed bathroom. I would definitely recommend coming here!
AAaliya_13The staff was excellent and helpful. I wasn’t charged any additional fees for the gym and was upgraded to a better room with a balcony and a bathtub. Laundry service was excellent and the views were great. The hotel in on station 3 so it’s not too crowded by surrounded by everything you need.
Additionally I used the spa twice and it was great. I also got my nails done there and the technician did a great job. Highly Recommend 👍🏻
GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.

It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!
GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
AAnonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees.
Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!
GGuest UserI was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating.
Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client.
One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in)
What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.
DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

The staff are accommodating and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Buffet breakfast has plenty of options and tastes decent, while the warm pool is perfect for night swimming. There are a few areas that could be improved. In our room, the shower controls weren’t working properly since water still flowed even when the knob was fully turned off. One night, we were woken up by loud guests arguing in the lobby. They seemed drunk from a party and the noise carried as they walked to their rooms, which was unpleasant. The hotel was worth the money and perfect if you’re willing to pay for comfort. While not beachfront, its convenience, service, and amenities make it a solid choice for a relaxing stay.
