"Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!"

"Receptionists are very cheerful & helpful. We forgot the two girls name doing check in for us, they are Korean & Vietnam, they gave us speedy check in & information about free city train. The shower cubicle is in bad design, bathing water comes out & messing the bathroom floor. Bathroom amenities are ok except no toothbrush & toothpaste. Room size is fine for 2 luggage. The 4-night stay is ok!"

Nadelen: Kamers zijn oncomfortabel. Er is niet veel opbergruimte en er zijn geen stopcontacten in de muur naast het bed en geen gordijnen voor de ramen, dus het is te licht als je slaapt en het geluid van buiten is te luid (oordopjes worden gratis verstrekt en het is (oké, als je ze aantrekt), en het bed schudt zelfs als je het een beetje beweegt en de matras is ongemakkelijk. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik in elkaar ben geslagen. Het kussen is te hoog. Er is geen airconditioning in de kamer, waardoor de temperatuur niet geregeld kan worden. Kluisjes zijn tegen betaling beschikbaar."

"Overall our stay was good. We had a little bit of an issue with the hot water in our shower, but it wasn’t the worst thing. I was a little bit disappointed that no one congratulated my partner and I getting married during our stay. I had mentioned it in the notes prior to our stay. We weren’t expecting anything complimentary, but just a simple “congratulations” or acknowledgement would’ve been nice. We found the concierge and restaurant workers to be a lot nicer than the service desk workers."

"Very comfortable and spacious apartment in a central location. Had a nice stay at the property and it was fant.astic value. Requested an early check-in, which did cost half the price of an overnight stay which was a bit of a costly let down, and also had the request for late checkout rejected - which was also disappointing. Construction in the building was a bit of a nuisance, particularly regarding the elevator, which seemed to have troubles of its own without the constant usage by tradies travelling up and down throughout the day. Despite these minor inconveniences it was a very comfortable stay at a lovely apartment that I would certainly come back ro"

"Omdat onze vlucht geannuleerd was, hadden we noodaccommodatie nodig. Dit hotel is ZEER gunstig gelegen in de buurt van de luchthaven en heeft een tankstation met winkelvoorzieningen en McDonalds in de buurt om hongerige gezinnen te bevredigen. Het hotelpersoneel was begripvol en behulpzaam en de kamer was schoon en voldoende voor onze situatie. De shuttlebus van de luchthaven was ook handig, gezien de noodzaak om bagage over te brengen naar onze nieuwe vlucht."

The surroundings are excellent, and the location is convenient. The room was spacious and cleaned promptly. Room service was also very efficient; anything I needed was delivered quickly with just a phone call. I accidentally scraped my leg, and when I asked room service for some disinfectant, the hotel's medical staff came to my room to disinfect and bandage it, even thoughtfully asking how I got the scrape. The breakfast was exquisite, and the flat white truly is my favorite – I had it seven mornings in a row! The restaurant manager and staff were very warm and friendly, and their attire was elegant and neat. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

Perfect stay. They reached out beforehand to check in with me. Arrived early and they allowed an early check in with a free upgrade. Room was spotless and well equipped. Kitchenette with all the equipment you'd need, small washing machine, free Netflix and impressive little touches like a free bottle of wine if you solve their Rubik's cube and a free packet of popcorn on request. Lounge is well equipped and breakfast was good (eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, some pastries and yoghurts, a waffle maker, juices, coffee and teas, etc.). Staff were always friendly. An excellent stay overall!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to several large shopping malls and various supermarkets. There are plenty of Chinese and Japanese restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. Grace, a member of the service staff, was very friendly. The room facilities and overall cleanliness were well-maintained. Although the breakfast selection was simple, it tasted good and included freshly made omelets. However, I booked Novotel and found out that floors above 20 are Novotel, while those below are Ibis. Breakfast is also served in the same restaurant for both. I feel there's no point in booking Novotel; I might as well have booked the cheaper Ibis.

The room is clean and huge with wine glasses 😍 Nothing to do with the hotel, just my personal experience at 10.30pm when walking back from work. I got chased by junkie and luckily a group of local protected me and walked me back hotel. Thankful to meet them

Room was exactly as described and with Cooktop, microwave, and fridge did not need take out all the time. Staff at front desk were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. May not be the flashiest hotel but it is great value for money and in a great location with a tram stop right outside the front doors, would recommend this hotel.

1. **Cleanliness:** The room was quite clean, basically spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. 2. **Environment:** The overall environment is excellent. There's a laundry room, and a separate restroom on the first floor that guests can use even after checking out. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, with a tram stop nearby. It's only a three or four stop ride to Flinders Street Station. 3. **Service:** The service was decent. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, but basic English was sufficient. 4. **Facilities:** Everything else was great, except for the showerhead. The water pressure was very low, and it was a rainfall-style shower with a wide spray angle. For women under 180cm, it's hard to reach the water when it's initially strong, and by the time it reaches you, it's barely a drizzle. It made showering quite uncomfortable.

Perfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the amenities are comprehensive. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They also thoughtfully introduced us to local attractions. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious.
