"This is the best rest stop I’ve stayed at so far. There’s free parking and a 24-hour reception, so you can safely leave your car there. It’s also within walking distance to the city centre, which saves a lot on parking fees. When I stayed there, there weren’t many people, so it felt like having the whole place to myself. The bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas were quiet and clean, with no unpleasant smells, and someone came regularly to tidy up. The room was very comfortable as well. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful Experience! Poshtel is an antique-style hotel with beautifully designed interiors. Each room has its own unique theme, classic and full of character, making the stay truly memorable. The overall cleanliness is good and the atmosphere feels cozy and charming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we were stuck due to a strong wind red warning, with public transportation canceled and unable to reach another city to catch our flight, the hotel team went above and beyond. They helped us book an alternative driver and kindly extended our checkout time, giving us more flexibility to plan for contingencies. We truly appreciate their assistance and thoughtful service. "Great location to base yourself for a few days of seeing Queenstown. (It really is that close.) Nice and friendly staff at check in and throughout. Most helpful. Ents included TV, books, games, couple of guitars, ocassional theme evenings. Couple of outdoor spaces. Bathrooms are fine although if fairly or more than fairly tall, the shower heads are surprisingly low down. I understand the difficulties with this given the time of year but a floor by floor deep clean is probably needed. Whilst I am no member of the fun police, having numerous notes across the place emphasising the need to keep noise down after 10pm, I can see why this might be a bit galling when the staff who live there alongside guests do not abide by this - especially when you have no idea who is a worker who is off duty. Might be impossible given temperatures, but it wasn't ideal to climb into my bunk in the pitch black (other than the light from my phone) and find a cat sleeping there (honestly!) I like a cat but if I hadn't had my phone lit, I would never have known and would have landed forcefully on it. I actually found it quite funny but a lot wouldn't. All hell could have broken loose if I had landed on it. (Amusingly and no joke, I was watching Don't F*** with Cats at the time and had paused it while I climbed in. Perhaps it was written...) Anyway, really nice spot and right for the price. Cheers!"

"Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays very loud music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. For those who drive, can park on the roadside across the street for free after 6pm. In addition, the shower water pressure was very low, which was disappointing."

"Over het algemeen een goed hotel, zeer geschikt voor verblijf in Dunedin. Er is geen flessenwater of watertappunt. Het voelt alsof je een waterfles krijgt en water kunt halen, net als in Singapore."

"Very good motels in the town. Everything was completed and very comfortable. The owner was quite friendly . We got the ground floor room, and the car was Juz parked infront of the room. Super convenient."

"I had a wonderful stay there, will definitely go back if I visit the town again. Very nice and warm welcome hospitality. During the check-in proactively provide useful information for the guests. Parking just right in front of the unit, very convenient. Only a few mins drive to supermarket and the famous tree in town! Very clean and tidy of the unit, with well equipped l Kitchen facilities. Like the shower with very hot water for winter. The hot spa at the top of the road near reception would be good to try when there is still day light, coz a bit too dark and cold at night unless having a few people going together chit chatting and watching stars? That could be a bit romantic too?"

"Super verblijf. Een min punt is dat de hele badkamer overstroomd als je doucht. Er is namelijk geen douchebak en het water loopt door de hele badkamer. Heel vreemd gemaakt."

"Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence."
