Het personeel was vriendelijk, de kamer was nieuw, schoon en relatief ruim, en het voelde als een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De locatie ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten van Gyeonggijeon, waardoor het handig is om Hanok Village te bezoeken en te genieten van een verscheidenheid aan restaurants. Vervoer vanaf station Jeonju en het snelbusstation is per taxi.
Hoewel we bij het selecteren van ons arrangement ook zo'n kamer hadden kunnen kiezen, had onze kamer geen bad, alleen een douche erboven, wat een beetje teleurstellend was.

De eerste keer dat ik in een Koreaans huis verbleef, heb ik veel gezocht om een semi-droge en natte scheiding te vinden (er is een glazen scherm - ik hou er niet van om het toilet nat te maken) en het is behoorlijk schoon. Het is koud weer. De begane grond is bedekt met kachels. Het is warm en comfortabel.
De locatie is erg handig in de buurt van het dorp Jeonju Hanok.
Toen ik wegging, kreeg ik van de gastheer van de bed and breakfast een PNB-chocoladetaart❤️
De gastheer van de B&B spreekt geen Engels en bellen om in te checken wordt beantwoord door iemand anders die wel kan communiceren. Maar als u niet om 11 uur afrekent, kunt u het beste aangeven hoe laat de boeking is ingesteld, anders wordt het lastiger.
Als ik naar Jeonju ga, zal ik in deze be & be verblijven.

We had a great stay at Lahan Hotel Jeonju! The room was comfy with a nice view of the Hanok Village from both the room and rooftop. The water closet was super nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — easy to find, walkable and accessible to the Hanok Village and all the fun spots around. It’s also close to many good restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Jeonju!

This hotel was very clean and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We ate in the restaurant and the steak was delicious. It has a very nice location with lots of food shops around and convenience stores. The spa was just average.

Perfect hotel, perfecte kamer, we kregen zelfs een upgrade. Het hotel is schoon en ruim. Bovendien is het ideaal gelegen tussen twee districten, op 10 minuten lopen van het Hanok-dorp en op 10 minuten lopen van de winkelstraten en restaurants van Jeonju. Ideale locatie om overdag door het dorp te slenteren en 's avonds te genieten van een restaurant zonder al te ver te hoeven lopen. Tot slot is het personeel ongelooflijk vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Ze vonden een manier om naar Busan te komen toen alle bussen en treinen vol zaten, en de baas bracht ons zelfs naar het station omdat er geen taxi's waren op het moment van ons vertrek. 1000% service, ik raad het aan, we zouden het 10.000 sterren geven als het mogelijk was!!!

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de netheid en service van dit nieuwe hotel dat net dit jaar is geopend (^^).
Omdat het zich in de stad bevindt, is het gemakkelijk om bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken en te winkelen (o^^o).
Perfect voor zakenreizen of familie-uitjes❣️.
Het ontbijt in het hotel was goedkoop en lekker, en ik at het allemaal. Als je het zegt, kun je een refill krijgen ❤️.
Eén ding is helaas dat er geen stopcontact bij het bed in de slaapkamer is.
Als ik naar Jeonju ga, besluit ik hierheen te komen?

A nice little boutique Hotel in a neighborhood with quite a bit of love hotels. The stay was great and wasn't bothered by all the other hotels around. Lots of restaurants near by and again transit readily accessible all around a great place to stay.

I had the most beautiful stay at One Madison in Jeonju — truly unforgettable.
This hotel perfectly blends modern comfort with the elegance of a traditional Korean hanok. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was stepping into a peaceful, aesthetic dream. The architecture preserves the authentic hanok charm, but everything inside feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed.
One of my favorite parts was the traditional-style bathtub inspired by classic hanok design — it made the whole experience feel even more special and unique. Taking a bath there felt like traveling back in time, but with all the modern comfort you could possibly want.
The atmosphere is calm, intimate, and incredibly photogenic. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully curated. The details, the lighting, the textures — everything feels intentional and harmonious.
If you’re visiting Jeonju and want a stay that feels cultural, elegant, and cozy at the same time, this is absolutely the place. I fell in love with it and would 100% stay here again.

From foam cleaning in the lobby, there are all the little things that travelers have forgotten and not taken.
The refrigerator has a snack with drinks and milk and coffee
In the morning, you can bake your own morning bread.
It is spacious and comfortable if you don't want the tidyness of 5 star hotel class
The location is right in front of the city hall.
It takes a little over 10 minutes to walk to Hanok Village, but all the way to and from are attractions, so it's worth walking around.
There are restaurants nearby from Hyundai Ok ~
Anyway, my daughter and I were very satisfied with 2 nights and 3 days!

GGuest UserOverall, it was a very satisfying stay. The interior decor and amenities were all as well-equipped as shown in the pictures. The meticulous attention to detail was impressive, with items like an LP player, a tea set, and a Dyson hairdryer, each coming with a QR code for a tutorial. Every single item of decor was beautiful, making it a delightful place to stay.
We also ordered the rooftop glamping and BBQ set. It was easy to book via phone and pay upon arrival. The price was 40,000 won for two people for glamping (4 hours use) and 40,000 won for the BBQ set, totaling 80,000 won. This was a reasonable price, considering we'd spend more if we ate out for dinner. The set included one serving of samgyeopsal (pork belly), one serving of moksal (pork neck), one tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patty - or similar), one ramen, a sauce set, chili/garlic, six marshmallows, and a pack of Charm Crackers. We could cook the meat deliciously on an induction grill dedicated to grilling. For drinks, they provided camping wine glasses and an electric opener, so we could bring our own alcohol.
We could rent hanbok (Korean traditional attire) at the lobby, but it could only be worn inside the building. All hanboks were one-size-fits-all, and the men's sizes seemed to be around 95-100 (US M/L). Even though it was a free hanbok rental, the colors and quality were better than those rented in Hanok Village. The staff were also very kind and helpful with all our inquiries.
The location, being in a motel district, was a bit of a downside, but thanks to that, we were able to enjoy all these amenities at a great value for money.

JJojoleekimDecent hotel that was really accessible to the main shopping area in Jeonju. The size of the room was just about right with 2 large suitcases and 2 small ones. The bed was soft but yet surprisingly comfortable. Only little setback was the pillows being way too soft.

AAnonymous UserThe guesthouse is right in Hanok Village, so all the popular spots are nearby. The room was super clean and tidy, even came with a Dyson hairdryer and a projector. The underfloor heating was fantastic! The bathroom wasn't just clean, it was spacious with a great wet/dry separation, and they even provided toothbrushes. The host was incredibly friendly and even gave us some PNB Hanok Village chocolate pies as a souvenir when we left. We had such a lovely time staying here! Thanks for everything!

GGuest UserThe place had a cozy, homey vibe that made me feel right at ease. From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us warmly with his charming eye smile and was always eager to help. The room was great, featuring a TV, a mini fridge and a spacious bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrushes.
We visited during winter and the room was wonderfully warm, creating the perfect retreat from the cold. We even had the opportunity to prepare our own breakfast - eggs, bread, butter, jam, coffee and milk. To top it off, I did my laundry there, which was incredibly convenient.
The owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s genuinely one of the kindest Koreans I’ve met during my trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I absolutely fell in love with this place. I would definitely return!

SHOES OFF signs- but not in listed Trip.com policies. 1 toilet, 1 urinal for potentially several dudes. Great kitchen, potable water dispenser, brand new mattresses, privacy blind eaxh bunk, bunk light and socket, small towel provided, A/C works great, very close to the Hanok Village, very close to bus back to train station. Place is brand new.

TthewandercuratorSuch a lovely, unforgettable experience of staying in a traditional hanok pension. Owners are kind and mainly Korean-speaking locals. They may not be there during check in, so remember the room name in your booking for easy identification, or inform them of your exact arrival time to ensure a smooth process. Our room was cosy but had a comfortable double bed, TV, cold water in fridge, Korean bath towels and clothes hooks. (Hot water kettle and mugs can be found in the mini lounge hut near the gate.) The spacious and separated bathroom was rare, and the ondol floor was such a warm treat in winter. We were even given freshly made tteok and honey as breakfast treats. Good value in the heart of Jeonju, within minutes walk of everything. Thank you for the hospitality! We had a healing stay.

GGuest UserBecause the trip was set the day before, I had to book accommodations in a hurry. I was a little worried because I hadn't done much research, but my worries were unfounded! It was completely different from my concerns. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the lobby atmosphere, the room's size and atmosphere, the breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. Aside from the room being a bit dry, everything was excellent. If I ever visit Jeonju again, I'll definitely stay here again.
