"Stayed with BWH for nights. Pros: The location is great. Only approx. 5 minutes walk to Sakae Station. There are many restaurants to go to. Convenience shops like Lawson and 7 eleven are just across the road. The double room itself is spacious by Japanese standards (as in the photo). Cleanness is superior. The hotel does routine daily cleaning services including replacing slippers and towels, etc. Almost all amenities are provided at the reception. Must mention that many things like face cleansing gel are from Pola. Cons: The fridge makes clear noise (even when switched to level 1), so that I have to power off the fridge before sleeping. The soundproofing can be improved. I could hear laughter and natter from the next wall (their large voice did contribute though), especially when the night was very quiet. Another one is the small chair on the corner. It kept preventing me from accessing the window side of the bed. Should've chosen a better place to place it."

"Dit is de t****e keer dat ik hier binnen een maand verbleef. Omdat mijn eerste indruk erg goed was, heb ik niet geaarzeld om er de t****e keer voor te kiezen. Maar deze keer was er na het betreden van de kamer een zeer sterke urinegeur in het toilet. Na lang zoeken ontdekte ik dat het het douchegordijn was. Ik heb parfum over de hele afbeelding van het douchegordijn gespoten, maar de geur verdween pas nadat we hadden gedoucht. We durfden het douchegordijn helemaal niet te gebruiken, dus hebben we het gehouden zoals het op de foto stond. Omdat de geur na het douchen verdween, heb ik dit bij het uitchecken niet aan de receptie verteld. Maar na deze ervaring twijfel ik een beetje of ik de volgende keer hier weer zal verblijven..."

"An older hotel building that feels like it’s plucked right out of 1995. Service from staff was great. You can tell this place was once top of the line with older wooden furniture and chandeliers. But still a cozy stay. Room feels like it can be a bit dingy and dusty if that bothers you, but we’re okay with that."

"Het is gelegen in het centrum van Sakae, een erg goede locatie. Het is erg handig en dicht bij Donki. Je kunt er makkelijk winkelen. Er is echter maar één stopcontact om je telefoon of tablet op te laden. En slechts één USB-poort (type A). Dat is absoluut niet genoeg om je apparaten op te laden. Dat is echt jammer."

"Over het algemeen hoog gewaardeerd! De kamer is een tweepersoonsbed, maar ruim. Ik was dankbaar dat er geen badkuip was, alleen een douche, in buitenlandse stijl! Apart toilet en wasruimte. Het lijkt erop dat je in het buitenland bent~ Het geluid uit de gang echoot, dus sluit de middelste schuifdeur als je naar bed gaat, zodat je je daar geen zorgen over hoeft te maken! Probeer het ontbijt voor ¥ 1100 in de ochtend! Kies wat jij leuk vindt en style het in jouw kamer! Heerlijk om zonder zorgen te kunnen eten! Ik ben dankbaar dat ze focaccia, salade, soep en warme dranken hebben. Ik wil er weer blijven ^^"

"The hotel is located above JR Nagoya Station, making it the perfect place to stay if you make use of train to travel. The view from my hotel room was fantastic. The room was very clean and well-equipped."

"Very good location at the central of JR Toyohashi, The room is well maintained, comfy bed, nice city view on the top (13th) floor, service is very nice , I got birthday gift while checking in. Everything is perfect"

"Super convenient location. Cleanliness is acceptable. ”Room” is comfortable and more spacious than I expected, with essentials like light, small fan, power point are provided. Shower area can be pretty crowded and hardly any space to move around when people are also doing their face and drying hair. The only thing I am not happy about is the limited space at the locker area. Granted the locker space is very small, there is no table nor shelves for people to reorganize or access their things. I was literally temp holding stuff in between my legs while trying to look for things inside the small locker. Some people also open their suitcase on the floor limiting others from accessing their lockers. While location is extremely convenient, I am not 100% sure if I want to stay here again."

"This hotel is really a gem, the size of the room is very big compared to other hotels & their service is tops 👍 rooms are super clean & they have fantastic amenities ! It’s not that far from Nagoya train station, about 10 mins walk. Airport Limousine doesn’t stop at Nikko but you can stop at Kanko Hotel & it’s only 5 mins walk from there."

"firstly the location is not far from sakae station so it is very convenient, second the staff can understand english well so no problem in communicating, but you can not early check in before 3pm but can leave your luggages, and the amenities have all what you need they even provide pajamas daily"
