The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Ik verbleef in dit historische hotel aan de Ganges. Omdat mijn vlucht 's avonds was, moest ik weten waar het hotel was, dus vroeg ik om een ​​shuttleservice. Ik was onder de indruk van de e-mailcommunicatie na het maken van de reservering. Bij aankomst in het hotel was al het personeel erg vriendelijk en ik ben erg blij dat ik hier heb verbleven. Great location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.

Ik vond dit hotel echt geweldig!) Vanaf het begin begroetten ze me hartelijk en hebben ze zelfs mijn kamercategorie gratis geüpgraded naar een superior kamer.) Bij het inchecken brachten ze als compliment een drankje en koekjes op een dienblad. 🙂 Zeer behulpzame en prettige service. Ik heb 's ochtends extra betaald voor het ontbijt - een buffet met een focus op Indiase gerechten, oké)) Ik raad het aan.)

A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality. I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
