The hotel was in a great location had good amenities, but if you want to swim make sure you take the tankini or bikini apparently the full body wear isn't allowed.  Breakfast was vast but everything was salty. And frankly no smiles from any staff i think it's georgian thing.

Facing the snow-capped mountains, the view is stunning. It features a double bed and sofa bed, as well as a washing machine, kettle, and other amenities. It's a great value and convenient option for groups of friends. The room has heating, so it's not cold at night, and clothes dry quickly. The bathroom is clean and provides disposable slippers and toothbrushes. If I had to point out a drawback, it's that the roof of the building in front slightly obstructs the view, but in the morning, the open space to the left offers beautiful sunrise photos. Having WhatsApp to contact the host is convenient; they reply quickly and are very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend it.

## Positives - The facilities were incredibly clean and excellent, boasting breathtaking views. All the staff were friendly and dignified. The breakfast was also superb. ## Negatives - There was a group party on Friday evening. When we went to the restaurant for dinner, the service seemed to prioritize the party guests, and people were smoking near the outdoor dining tables. We couldn't finish our meal there, so we had to get our food packed and eat it in our room. The outdoor party continued late into the night, preventing us from getting enough rest. ## Other Notes - The hotel's location is quite difficult to access if you're relying on public transportation. A kind male staff member from the hotel gave me a ride there (I still feel bad that I didn't properly express my gratitude. Next time, I will pay his kindness forward to others). ## Tips for Travelers Using Public Transportation Gudauri is very difficult to access via public transport, though marshrutkas (minibuses) will drop you off between Tbilisi and Kazbegi, and vice versa. I traveled from Kazbegi, stayed for one night, and then moved on to Tbilisi the next day. - To get to Gudauri from Kazbegi, just tell the driver you're going to Gudauri when you board the coach bus heading for Tbilisi. (The cost is the same as going to Tbilisi, 20 Lari per person). - Once you get off in Gudauri, walk a little further down in the direction of Tbilisi. There's a shortcut using the ski slope path that leads directly to the hotel. This path connects directly to the hotel's restaurant (on the -2 floor). - Buses from Gudauri to Tbilisi are scheduled for 9 AM and 5 PM daily (in my case, the 5 PM bus departed at 4:57 PM). - The fare is 15 Lari per person. Be aware that the driver might smoke while driving and will make many stops to pick up or drop off passengers along the way.

If you come to Gudauri to ski, this hotel is not very convenient for those who love skiing. You need to reserve a car with the hotel to go to the ski resort. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large. The balcony can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is also very good. It is the best restaurant here and the price is not expensive. Except that the location is not very friendly, everything else is OK. PS: The hotel page states that there are ski passes and cable cars, but in fact the cable car fees need to be purchased separately at the ski resort.

The location is great, the room is clean, and the surroundings are quiet. Breakfast was satisfying, and the service was good. However, the room facilities were a bit basic, and for the price, it felt a little too simple. Maybe that's just how it is in popular tourist areas during peak season. Overall, it's pretty good though!

Fantastic location with breathtaking views all around, even pictures don't give them justice, you have to see this in person! Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot during our stay. Restaurant in this cottage was also wonderful, food was very good and had the home made vibe, and the views in the restaurant were also fantastic of course. This is the best place to just relax and enjoy the nature as it's located at the edge of the town near the mountains and it takes some time to walk there, but it's absolutely worth it! You can do some cow/horsewatching at your own pace. Everything is quiet other than birds signing every now and then, it's just so peaceful in general. Beds were comfy and all amenities were working and clean. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you want to run away from the city and forget its problems 🦅🌸⛰

Repair is under way, but it doesn 't prevent rest, a fine breakfast and a spa center

When you book a hotel, you will have a rental spa & sauna once a day in addition to breakfast. Dinner can also be used as a restaurant and can enjoy Georgia cuisine matched to the wine of chatomfrani operated nearby. ★ About location Arrived from Tbilisi in about 40 minutes (about 40 Lari) by taxi. It is said that the taxi driver does not see in the village, but the cow can walk around and see Georgia without decoration. Moreover, the residents around were only people who felt the temperament of the kind and friendly Georgian. About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is Chatem Frani and you can visit the Georgia winery. (Reservation required) If you wish, you can ask the reception to make a reservation at arrival. You can also sightsee Mutsuheta by using a taxi. (about 30 Lali) ★ About Service The reception is very kind and will answer any requests. In addition, cleaning is done carefully, and the hall and terrace are always in good condition. I also used the restaurant at dinner, but it is recommended to use it once because it is seasoned well with the wine of Chatomfrani with the baptized taste. The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna. As a recommendation, check in early. I would like you to enjoy the spa, restaurants, and Chatomfrani wines and make your stay luxurious.

The dining views at this hotel are absolutely stunning! The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive, and the sauna was wonderfully relaxing. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. We had dinner at the hotel too; the service was excellent. The food was typical Georgian cuisine, which was a bit too salty for Chinese tastes, but their breakfast spread was incredibly rich and I really enjoyed it!

The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos.
