Als ik uit het centrum van Londen kom, voel ik me zo op mijn gemak, de servicegerichtheid is erg goed, de kamer is twee keer zo groot als het hotel in de stad en de hygiëne is erg goed. Het ontbijt in het hotel is ook erg goed en de prijs/prestatieverhouding is zeer hoog.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner. I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable. As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me. Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport.

Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.  However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable.  But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.

Hard to listen to the traumatic stories of families awaiting social housing to house them. The staff are all caring and professional. It’s evident that they are a good team. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, all very comfortable!

Just stayed here to get access to the airport early the next morning. In that respect, the hotel fully served its purpose. We didn't really try any other services, had a decent sleep - room was fairly basic, but functional! Walking to the airport takes about 10-15 mins. Not bad! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, kamer was netjes en verzorgd. Konden op de kamer eten maar ook in het restaurant gedeelte. Het enige minpuntje is dat het bijna 1,5 uur reizen is met de trein naar het centrum van Londen.

Our stay at the Mecure Bedford was lovely.The hotel is well located close to the city centre and a beautiful river with swans. The check in was quick and easy and the lady that checked us in was lovely. The hotel room felt a bit basic with no tooth brushes tea bags or cups in the room or mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was absolutely amazing it made up for any downsides. The selection of food at the breakfast buffet was great.The coffee was top tier as well. Well done! Enjoyed our stay and will return for that breakfast😄😄

Really conveniently located for our needs. Nice spacious room Comfortable bed with two options if needed Coffee, tea etc. available when needed. Breakfast although self produce, fave enough options and variety to start the day and journey home. Staff we saw were pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend. Thank you.

Flight cancellation meant we had to book a last minute hotel. This was perfect, less than 10min walk from the terminal and facilities were clean and staff were very welcoming.

Het bed wordt tussen een pilaar en de vensterbank geplaatst. Het bed kan niet van links of rechts worden neergezet. Het kan alleen vanaf één kant worden neergezet, wat erg handig is! De foto is niet zo, ik heb het gevoel dat ik ben misleid🥹 Er was geen navulbare douchegel in de badkamer, dus moest ik midden in de douche uitstappen en op zoek gaan naar douchegel in mijn koffer om het doucheproces te voltooien ?? Het bed is erg zacht en het dekbed is relatief eenvoudig. Ik vond zelfs een of twee korte haartjes op het bed🥲 Het goede is dat de inrichting van het hotel relatief nieuw is en dat het bedienend personeel behoorlijk beleefd is.
