Dream Hotel and Hostel was a great stay for the night. Centrally located near to the Tampere train station about only about a 10min or less walk to a tram stop, it was close to everything we needed. The room itself was clean, functional, and access to tea and coffee just outside was an added bonus. While we didn’t experience it this time, the buffet breakfast they put on downstairs also looks really good. Thank you again!

This is a fairly new hotel close to the city center, rail way station and next to the Tampere Hall. Lovely smelling bathroom necessities and super comfy bed. The offered a breakfast bag as I had to check out early. All good, will be back.

Het Lapland Hotel is een relatief stijlvol Scandinavisch hotel. Er is veel werk verricht aan de details. Het restaurant van het hotel is erg mooi en de obers zijn enthousiast en professioneel. Zalm en biefstuk zijn trouwens allemaal online verkrijgbaar Champignonsoep en frietjes zijn relatief uitstekend. Na zoveel restaurants in Finland te hebben bezocht, heeft het een speciale indruk op mij achtergelaten

Hoewel het achter het station ligt, ligt het ook dicht bij het Moomin Museum.
Ook de bereikbaarheid vanaf het station is goed.
Ik was erg dankbaar dat er pantoffels en tissues werden verstrekt, wat in het buitenland zelden voorkomt.
Ik weet niet of het van de kamer afhangt, maar de kamer had een ligbad, dus ik kon goed opwarmen.
Als u dit bij de receptie vraagt, ontvangt u een kortingsbon voor warenhuis Sokos! Ik kon het niet begrijpen zonder het je te vertellen.

Vehkaniemi Holyday Estate ligt in Mänttä-Vilppula in de historische wijk, op 5 min. rijden van Pohjaslahti-kerk en op 12 min. van Salussärkkä. Deze bed & breakfast bij het strand ligt op 4,4 km van Pohjaslahti Observatietoren en op 9,5 km van Tarjanne Meer.
Zoek het water op en geniet van een dagje aan het privéstrand of profiteer van andere recreatieve voorzieningen zoals een sauna en fietsenverhuur. Andere kenmerken van deze bed & breakfast zijn gratis wifi, huwelijksservices en een picknickplaats.

The staff there are so lovely and helpful. But it was quite stressful not being familiar with Tampere, and not being able to stop right in front of the hotel to bring the bags down. The parking connected to the hotel was full but thankfully there was another parking nearby, but a little inconvenient to have to drag the luggages across the road. The room itself was fine, no kettle but able to get hot water in the lobby, and the aircon was leaking water and it leaked onto the extra bed :( water pressure was fine but could be better. Honestly wasn't a fan of these things BUT, breakfast was sooooo good. Excellent quality ingredients all cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed it and would actually stay again just for the breakfast :)

JJIJINGThe location is very good, in the center of Tampere, there is a 24-hour McDonald’s downstairs. It is one of the few places where you can buy food on holiday nights in Finland. In the double room with 2 extra beds, we lived in 4 people. The room size is good and the facilities are quite complete. Self-service, send the password to the mailbox in advance, very advanced, Ctrip is also very willing, will call to confirm. Very satisfied with the stay.

工工藤凪If you're visiting for the Moomin Museum, this is the place to stay! The hotel and museum are practically in the same building, which makes it perfect for checking in at night and then visiting the museum the next morning. Being a Marriott also gives peace of mind.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, close to the river and not to far from the railway station. The breakfast is OK, though you have to eat it in the gloom of a room that is inadequately lit. The hotel has 6 or 7 floors but only one tiny elevator. The room was a decent size though it had a tiny bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but noise leaked into the room through the thin walls.

It's also easily accessible from the station.
I was very grateful that they provided slippers and tissues, which is rare overseas.
I'm not sure if it depends on the room, but my room had a bathtub so I was able to warm up my body properly.
If you ask at the front desk, you can get a discount coupon for the Sokos department store! I didn't get one unless I asked.

GGuest UserThe location is superb. The view is amazing. The breakfast has various nice options.
The place is more of family place. It looks like the place is quite popular among people travelling with kids. So its possible to hear kid crying late at night, not that it disturbed us. For noice sensitive travellers I recommend to avoid going to breakfast between 8:00-9:30. Its like trying to eat in a kindergarten. The noice gets easier after 10:00.

Salmon and steak are all available online. By the way, the cream of mushroom soup and French fries are outstanding.
