Het is zeker de moeite waard om de charmante oude residentie te bezoeken.
In de buurt vinden bezoekers plekken voor maaltijden in de buitenlucht, met heerlijke gerechten die worden geserveerd terwijl u op houten banken zit met uitzicht op de torentempel, wilgenbomen, bruggen, rivier en pagodes.
De stad voelt misschien alleen echt sereen in de vroege ochtenden en avonden, wanneer de drukte grotendeels afwezig is. Dagjesmensen zullen waarschijnlijk de beste tijden missen, wanneer het rondslenteren door de oude stad een stillere, contemplatieve aangelegenheid wordt.
Ik ging twee dagen naar Wuzhen, één nacht met vier personen en verbleef één nacht in de homestay met schilderachtig uitzicht, vier Xizhamen, varen, ochtendthee, meestal kosteneffectief.
U moet een afspraak maken om hier te ontbijten. Het ontbijt was goed gepresenteerd. We aten, gingen zitten en bleven lang.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giraffe Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is beautifully located in nature, very peaceful and scenic. Waking up surrounded by bamboo forest and seeing giraffes so close was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail.
The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay.
Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay.
We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. We would love to come back again.

Faciliteiten: Compleet, benodigdheden staan allemaal op naam. Lux douchegel en shampoo zijn veel gemakkelijker te gebruiken dan die in onbekende kleine verpakkingen in veel hotels.
Netheid: Niet slecht, er ligt geen stof op de vensterbank.
Milieu: Er zijn winkelcentra in de omgeving die gerenoveerd moeten worden, maar deze vermijden rustperioden en hebben weinig impact.
Service: Zeer goed, ik heb een oplaadkop geleend.
Catering: Er zijn niet veel varianten, maar het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is geschikt voor ouderen en kinderen en het is zeer comfortabel om te eten.

Het was een geweldig hotel en het meest geweldige was de locatie, op slechts 2 minuten loopafstand van Hangzou International Airport, je hoeft geen vervoer te nemen, ik kwam om 23.00 uur aan, daarna heb ik alle procedures van het vliegveld bekeken. Nadat ik de uitgangspoort had verlaten, liep ik meteen naar het hotel. Het gaf me een grote opluchting en ik moest ook vroeg vertrekken voor de overstap, het ontbijt is ook vanaf 06.00 uur geopend, het eten was heerlijk en er was zoveel eten om uit te kiezen. Ik kom de volgende keer weer.

位置特別好，出門逛街、吃飯都方便，離大潤發、東方商廈很近，去龍遊石窟、民居苑這些景點也很方便，出行超省心。
房間乾淨整潔，床睡得很舒服，整體裝修很有格調，能看出來是用心設計過的。
設施齊全，住着很舒心，前台服務也熱情周到，辦理入住退房都很快。

This is absolutely one of the best resort hotels we have stayed. The view to the lake is not the best but we are very happy to be hearing bird chirpping in the morning. The corridor of the hotel is unbelievable wide and spacious. The service provided is amongst the best that a hotel could provide. This hotel in the best location next to Nanhu where most of the sights are within walking distance or very close by. It is offering beautiful and relaxing walks along the lake. Going to the old city wall or to the old town takes only a short ride on the taxi of about 10 minutes. The restaurant for breakfast is just beautiful and the food is excellent. We just love this hotel and we will be back. If you are planning to visit Jiaxing, this will be the best hotel in Nanhu. Jiaxing is just absolutely serene and beautiful. We have taken heaps of beautiful photos and so lucky to be staying at Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel.

After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore.
The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition.
Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day.
Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit.
Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest.
Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority.
Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small.
Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable.
The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests
I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those.
Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

JJoy ong 88I originally booked the Marriott, but then I saw that the Jindou Hotel had incredibly high ratings online, a 9.7 score. I thought I'd give it a try, so I canceled the Marriott and switched to Jindou. To my surprise, it exceeded all expectations and absolutely lived up to its online reviews. First off, the price was very reasonable. The room was a newly renovated, non-smoking room, clean and tidy. The hotel butler, service staff, and the cleaning ladies on our floor deserve special praise; they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond. We had a late flight, and the hotel was very understanding, allowing us to extend our check-out until 4 PM. This level of customer service is truly outstanding, far surpassing even the Shangri-La. My last business trip here, I stayed at the Yiwu Shangri-La, and frankly, it was a disaster. This experience also changed our mindset; we usually stick to international five-star chains for business trips. The Yiwu Jindou has completely impressed us. Plus, they included a complimentary all-day buffet for three meals! This is a huge bonus, and I've never encountered a hotel that offers this. We travel frequently for work, almost every month, but this is the first time we've experienced such service. And it wasn't just a half-hearted effort because it was free; all three daily meals were thoughtfully prepared with a good variety. This will definitely be our go-to hotel for future business trips to Yiwu. I've already recommended it to many friends. It truly deserves a five-star review. Oh, and the old street across from the hotel is also worth exploring!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and very satisfying. Our room was cozy and comfortable. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the pillow selection, perhaps adding memory foam pillows. The hotel isn't super close to attractions, but taxis are readily available right outside the entrance, making it very convenient. Plus, there's a huge variety of takeout options from the surrounding in77 mall – you'll be spoiled for choice!

From the warm and attentive check-in at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room spotless during my stay, even the restaurant staff were meticulous, proactively recommending dishes and refilling tea and water. The entire experience was top-notch, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

AAnonymous UserFinally found my dream mountain hot spring B&B, hidden deep within Anji's vast bamboo forests. The minimalist black architecture stands out strikingly amidst the lush greenery. Check-in was super smooth; the butler proactively helped with luggage. The private hot spring in the room was perfect – soaking in the warm water while watching the mountain mist and swaying bamboo shadows, and even stargazing at night. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also excellent. It's only a ten-minute drive from Yunshang Grassland, so after skiing, you can relax in the private hot spring – a double dose of healing! The service details were impeccable, they even delivered warm sweet soup to my door as a goodnight treat. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.
