"It is a 7 min walking distance from the subway station to the hotel. The picture of hotel room is exactly the same as the physical. Spacious space to open up the luggages and walking around. Amenities in the hotel room is pretty new and definitely will need some improvement like adding 1or 2 hangers to hang the used hand towels at basin area, etc. Hotel staffs very friendly and caring. Overall, it was a pleasant and clean hotel to stay in."

"Tastefully decorated. Zen + Nordic design. Really comfy and cosy. I got a room on the 8th floor directly facing the broken bridge ! From the lobby on the 3rd floor you can also see the bridge clearly, only 50m away. The staff is very polite, helpful and accomodating. The heating may not be enough and there was a piping leakage under the bathroom sink. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Highly recommended !"

"A very helpful hotel located very near the airport. They have a shuttle which will take you to the airport in less than 5 minutes and they were very accommodating as we both had different flights leaving at different times - they were happy to arrange the shuttle for each of us. The nearest metro station is the airport so if you want to go into the city you will have to walk over to the airport or book a taxi."

"Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room."

"This review is based on actual photos. I was on a business trip to Benxi and picked this newly opened hotel, and I definitely made the right choice! The location is easy to find, the hotel building is large, and it smells wonderfully fragrant as soon as you walk in. The hallways are carpeted, and there are plenty of elevators so no waiting. As soon as I opened the room door, the space looked to be about 40-50 square meters. It felt incredibly spacious the moment I walked in, completely avoiding that cramped, cheap hotel feeling. The bathroom deserves special praise. The wet and dry areas are designed very scientifically. The sink is large and bright; usually when I stay in hotels, I feel restricted when washing my face or hands, but here, it's completely different – two people can get ready simultaneously without bumping into each other. They even thoughtfully provided face towels. Plus, it has both a bathtub and a shower, so you can choose to relax in a bath or have a quick rinse, which is incredibly thoughtful. The bathrobes in the wardrobe were very new and plush, feeling quite luxurious to the touch. They even provided a shoe brush and shoehorn for guests, which is quite comprehensive. The smart devices are also impressive; it's a fully smart home with appliances, lights, and curtains that can be controlled by voice or switch. My room had a great location; I could see the Taizi River as soon as I opened the curtains, offering a broad view. The reason I chose this hotel is that it just opened this year. The advantages of a new hotel are so obvious: everything is spotless, there's no unpleasant smell at all, and all the amenities are complete. The shampoo and shower gel are also of good quality. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I do have one small suggestion: it would be great if the lighting brightness could be adjusted. The reading mode is a bit too bright, and the soft mode is a bit too dim for looking at a phone."

"We stayed at Hilton for most of our stay in China this time. The only bad comment that I have and there's no solution to is the room is over 30 degrees. We stayed with 2 young child and notice the front desk of how hot the rooms are and was told before they turned the AC off and was given a fan. The fan is useless and very loud so it doesn't make the situation better. I'm not sure if it's a Hilton issue or all the hotels in jinzhou. Was just at the Hilton in Beijing/ zhuhai/ wanning and didn't have that problem."

"這是我第二次到這家入住。上一次的體驗過程中，出現了不少的問題，尤其是衞生和設施方面。這周由於鞍山有大規模的考試，房間緊張，所以便宜的房型沒有訂到，訂的是偏貴一些的家庭房，這也是我第一次一個人住家庭房。我的房間是508，下面説説這次的入住感受吧。 服務：辦理入住時，前台小姐姐很熱情，同時身份證也是雙手遞接，很細節，同時我的一些小問題，小姐姐也能很好地解答。由於我到的時候，我所預訂的房型還沒有打掃出來，所以前台小哥哥讓我到座位上休息，同時小哥哥還給了我一瓶礦泉水，感覺很温暖，全程沒有被冷落。向前台小哥哥小姐姐點贊。第二天退房的時候，又遇到了前一天給我礦泉水的小哥哥，小哥哥面帶微笑地、雙手接過房卡，並向我告別。可以説，拉斐爾酒店的服務質量還是很高的。衹不過吧，這次等待入住的時間有點兒長，從進酒店到成功辦理入住，前前後後得等了20分鐘吧。不過這周房間確實很火爆，住房緊張也可以理解。 環境：拉斐爾酒店的地理環境非常優越。酒店位於碧樂城對面，客運站邊上，距離鞍山火車站也衹有一個地道的距離，出行購物都非常方便。酒店大堂和房間內部都很明亮整潔，面積也適中，沒有給人很壓抑逼仄的感覺。所以這次，環境這方面可以給到滿分的評價。 衞生：上次入住，在房間內發現蟲子了，所以上次的衞生沒有給我留下太好的印象。這次入住的508房間，衞生整體尚可，衹有一處比較大的問題，那就是白色窗簾上有大片的、明顯的黃色污漬（視頻2）。還有一處小問題，就是，房間的消防面具上面積灰比較明顯（視頻1）。其他的地方問題不大。 設施：上次在拉斐爾入住的時候，設施方面有點兒讓我大開眼界了。這次入住，設施方面要比上次好很多，至少燈光不串線了，但是依然有非常大的問題。 一個值得點讚的亮點就是，房間內部有消防面具，剛才在也説了。這個設施給我們的安全增添了一份保障。 還有就是，酒店配備了送物機器人（圖7）。當機器人來到門口時，房間內的小度會提醒我們去門口取餐，還是很方便的。 第三點就是，這次入住的508房間，房間內部除了中央空調之外，還配備了一個掛機空調。上次入住其他房間，就沒有掛機空調。 緊接着，問題就隨之而來。 第一就是這個掛機空調……有空調，沒有遙控器……這種低級錯誤為什麼會出現呢，不能成為擺設啊。 第二點就是，掛機空調外接管線的位置似乎可以再優化一下。現在的情況是，由於這個管線，窗簾無法全部拉上，會留下一個比較大的空隙（圖6）。這樣的話，遮光性就會大大削弱了。 第三點，可能是房間緊張，導致掃房的時候着急，出現了一些疏忽。508房間放一次性毛巾的位置裏並沒有毛巾（圖8）。雖然這不影響入住，但是還是希望酒店方在細節方面多加註意一下。 最後一點，也是我這次最想吐槽和最不滿意的一點，那就是酒店的洗衣房。上次來住的時候，洗衣房都挺好的，但是這次截然不同。我有三條褲子和一件外衣要去洗衣房洗，洗衣功能挺好的，但是這個烘乾功能啊，這是個什麼玩意啊……我從凌晨1點烘乾到凌晨2點多，沒幹。然後我又從中午12點半烘到1點半，一看，也沒幹。總共烘了兩個多小時，都烘不幹是吧，我真是大開眼界。由於行程安排，我還沒法在這兒續住，衹能糊弄糊弄就走了。我説實話，就外面吹的風，都比洗衣房的烘乾效果好……屬實是不能理解，為什麼會變成這樣…… 整體就上面這些。這麼説吧，比上次好，但是我還是覺得遺憾。希望酒店多注意一下設施方面的保養和維護吧。最後説一句，下次大概率是不會再去了，就這樣。"
