Ik verbleef twee jaar geleden in dit hotel tijdens een zakenreis naar Wuhan en vond het altijd geweldig. Deze keer boekte ik het opnieuw, samen met mijn dochter op vakantie. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de bruisende Jianghan Road, op slechts vijf minuten lopen van de voetgangersstraat Jianghan Road. Er zijn verschillende winkelcentra in de buurt, met alles wat je maar kunt wensen op het gebied van eten, drinken en entertainment. De levendige Shuita Food Street bevindt zich beneden, waardoor het ontzettend handig is om eten te vinden. Het hotel was schoon en hygiënisch, de kamers waren ruim en comfortabel, de bedden waren zeer comfortabel en er werd dagelijks voldoende drinkwater verstrekt. Het ontbijtbuffet van het hotel was niet uitgebreid, maar het eten was heerlijk en je kon zelfs de warme, droge noedels van Wuhan proberen. Elk personeelslid dat we tegenkwamen was beleefd en begroette ons hartelijk. Speciale dank aan het huishoudelijk personeel Peng Lichun en Liao Fang voor hun uitstekende servicebewustzijn, en aan klantenservicemanager Xiao Hui voor haar attente en attente service, waardoor onze reis zeer comfortabel werd.

Kom naar Wuhan Road Street, ik heb dit hotel gekozen voor de beste kwaliteit van de honing. Ervaring is goed! De locatie is geweldig, wandelen direct naar de Chan Road Sleep Street, de Huishout Wu Wuhan Road is ook dicht bij de straat, de honing is zeer comfortabel. De kamer is schoon en schoon, de faciliteiten zijn volledig, het internet is gebruik van honing en het is comfortabel te leven. De receptiedienst is warm en voorzichtig en het beheer van een zeer intieme verblijf. De omgeving is niet ingewikkeld en heeft geen invloed op de rust, het is goed om familie- of vriendenreizen te maken. Location is at T2 and If you landed in T3 have to walk 10mins to T2 then cross over the road. Their service was very good, room is very clean and breakfast was great too... Will stay here again if coming to Wuhan again

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. 這次行程在這家住了四個晚上，大人 小孩 狗狗都特別喜歡。乾淨無異味，寬敞明亮。喜歡恩施這個城市，美食 美景，也喜歡這裏的人們。必須為店主和工作人員點贊和鼓勵。對我們全家老小很照顧，好推薦了好吃的餐廳.人生之路起起落落，遇到的人也都是緣分，在旅行中同行人最重要，家人是永遠的支持，這個民宿讓我們有回家的感覺，下次來恩施必須還來這家。👍

Met de mentaliteit om hier de eerste dag te blijven en te kijken, bleef ik hier de rest van mijn tijd in Wuhan. De grootte van de kamer is geschikt, de hygiëne is erg goed en de wifi is erg stabiel! Het belangrijkste is dat de locatie van het hotel echt goed is! Je kunt zeggen dat het een hotel is omringd door metrostations en snacks! Omdat de vloer hoog is! Het geluid van late night snacks heeft helemaal geen invloed op de slaap! Mevrouw Chen Ziyi bij de receptie is erg enthousiast! Eventuele vragen worden beantwoord! Sterk aanbevolen! Ik zal hier weer verblijven de volgende keer dat ik naar Wuhan kom!

The overall aspects are very balanced and the living is very smooth. The dining is simple and exquisite, the taste is reliable, and the daily dining is completely enough. The front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and the problem is solved in a timely manner. The room hygiene is quite good, living quietly and relaxing, and the quality of sleep has improved. The hotel is located right the busiest night market . The room we booked were too small and the lady boss offer us to upgrade to the biggest room with little fees. The hotel is at 3rd floor no lift. There is a notice board with phone number to call the hotel with helper to carry your luggage so no worry about it. The lady boss is kind and friendly. Sending guidance on good food to eat nearby. We tried and all good. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Metro station also very near. Many famous must go streets just few stones away. Basically can just walk for the day no transport needed. Value for money.

Overall a good hotel with views, but location is not very good if you want to explore the city. Beds could be more comfortable. Swimming Pool not very cosy and people from houses nearby can look directly into the pool area of the hotel.
