Service, personeel en prijs…. Alles is perfect! Ik heb vier dagen in dit geweldige hotel verbleven en was diep onder de indruk van de gastvrijheid en de kwaliteit van de service die het hotel bood. Van binnen en van buiten kraakhelder en de huishoudsters waren super behulpzaam en gastvrij! Ik kom zeker terug in de toekomst en raad het aan mijn vrienden aan die naar Shijiazhuang, China komen. Als ik iets moet zeggen dat verbeterd moet worden, zou ik willen voorstellen dat het hotelmanagement wat strenger is voor de gasten die halfnaakt in het restaurant zitten voor het ontbijtbuffet. Ik begrijp dat ze misschien gewoon naar buiten komen in de gezellige en hete sauna. Maar ook openbare fatsoensregels moeten in acht worden genomen en getoond. Trouwens, ik heb een videoclip gemaakt van de halfnaakte mannelijke gast in het restaurant en de hotelmedewerker die op zijn zij staat met een shirt in zijn handen en probeert de man ervan te overtuigen het aan te trekken. Nadat ik het op TikTok heb geplaatst, is het in twee uur tijd wereldwijd meer dan 5000 keer bekeken!

The hotel looks relatively new and is family friendly. There is a play area for kids and the hotel also provides some spades and buckets to play at the beach. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still within walking distance to Laohushi sea and not too far away from Geziwo Park. We also booked a room with sea view - we didn’t get a full view of the sea but with the price we paid, it was a good deal. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no cleaning service but replaced towels. We also got a free gift (snacks) from the hotel when we checked out. Breakfast however wasn’t very interesting…. We enjoyed our stay at Aishang Hotel.

Tijdens mijn hele reis naar Handan verbleef ik in het Quancheng Hotel (vestiging Handan Road Renmin West Road) en de algehele ervaring was erg goed. De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend; het ligt op slechts een paar minuten lopen van de historische en culturele straat Handan Road, wat handig is om te winkelen en uit eten te gaan. Het is ook niet ver van het Congtai Park, waardoor je je gemakkelijk kunt verplaatsen. De kamer was schoon en netjes, zonder onaangename geuren. Het bed was comfortabel, de badkamer had een aparte douche en toilet en alle gebruikelijke voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Ik wil in het bijzonder de schoonmaakster op de 4e verdieping complimenteren; ze was ongelooflijk attent van in- tot uitchecken en vroeg elke dag proactief of we nog iets nodig hadden – erg attent. Het in- en uitchecken bij de receptie verliep ook snel en het personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was gemiddeld, niet enorm gevarieerd, maar wel voedzaam en vullend. Voor deze prijs was de accommodatie een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en ik zou zeker overwegen om hier weer te verblijven als ik de volgende keer in Handan ben.

De locatie van het hotel is geweldig. De kamers waren schoon en over het algemeen netjes. Het ontbijt had een goede selectie en was de kosten waard. Helaas hadden we geen tijd om gebruik te maken van de andere faciliteiten in het hotel. Het zwakke punt lijkt het incheckproces te zijn. Het duurde veel te lang, ik verwacht niet vijftien minuten te besteden aan het inchecken in een hotel met een vooraf betaalde reservering. Er is geen probleem met de taal, aangezien ik Chinees spreek. Ik realiseer me dat er extra stappen zijn om mee om te gaan met gasten uit het buitenland, maar ze leken behoorlijk clueless toen ik ze een permanente verblijfsvergunning liet zien en in plaats daarvan mijn paspoort wilde hebben. Het feit dat er geen inreisstempel in mijn paspoort zat, omdat het nieuw was, verwarde hen nog meer en ik moest meer tijd verspillen aan het vinden van mijn oude paspoort, dat ik gelukkig bij me had. Vervolgens werden mij verschillende vragen gesteld over mijn reisgeschiedenis, die ik in meer dan tien jaar in China nog nooit eerder had gekregen. Toen ik vroeg waarom ze deze informatie nodig hadden, kreeg ik geen definitief antwoord. MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

AAnonymous UserWe come here with the kids every year for skiing because the ski-in/ski-out access is super convenient. However, it gets incredibly crowded each year. This year it snowed when we were there, which was lucky, as we seem to hit the snow every time. But because of the crowds, things like dining aren't the best experience. Also, for some reason, the room temperature was extremely high this time, at 28 degrees, and I couldn't adjust it myself. I called for staff, and they were very polite, but even after they tried to fix it, nothing changed. We ended up sleeping with the window open at night, and it was really stuffy, so we didn't sleep well. My child got sick after playing. We needed a late checkout, and it was a hassle to request even just an extra hour. Isn't late checkout pretty normal, especially since I didn't even check in until after 3 PM?

GGuest UserThe hotel is right in the city center, safe, clean, and very affordable during the off-season. It's really close to the Mountain Resort, just a short walk away. The lobby even offers hot tea, which is a really thoughtful touch. Charlie provided excellent and attentive service, and the front desk even gave us some snacks. Very satisfied!

SSidingmudashanThis hotel is located in the first phase, and its surroundings are incredibly convenient. There's a canteen, a coffee shop, a bakery, a hot spring, shops, and three restaurants, all within a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Speaking of the hotel itself, it features a Japanese-style design, and both the hardware and software are impeccably maintained, perfectly complementing the outside scenery (you can refer to the pictures). Check-in starts at 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can explore the nearby area. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the second phase, which takes about 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

BBeb ShanghaiVery modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

GGuest UserThis was my first time visiting Aranya, and the moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew I'd made the right choice. First off, the environment is very new and the design is super modern. Every single staff member, including the housekeeping team, was incredibly friendly to guests, which made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were all very polite and helped answer all my questions. They also offer a shuttle service within the hotel. You can contact the hotel for a ride anywhere in Aranya. I didn't think much of it until I saw people waiting at designated stops for the Aranya shuttle – that's when I truly appreciated how convenient the hotel's shuttle service is. There's also a DECK Bistro & Bar in the lobby. The manager there had a very friendly and gentle demeanor; he's handsome and incredibly nice. The boss should definitely give him a raise! Visiting Aranya is either a 'never' or a 'hundred times' experience. Next time, I'm definitely booking Noa again!

KKwanDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out.
