Hotel muy lindo, su ubicación con una vista hermosa frente al lago, vista que tienen todas las habitaciones y restaurante del hotel. Atención del personal inmejorable, destaco a Micaela en sector restaurante, también a Lía, Daniela y Fabian en recepción.y también las personas del spa, lugar muy lindo, limpio, impecable. Nuestra habitación y baño grande, cómoda, con balcón que miraba al lago, la ropa de cama de primer nivel, aire acondicionado perfecto, sin ruido, con reposición de amenities, en general una estadía inolvidable.
Si tuviera que comentar algo negativo me parece que los precios de la carta del restaurante algo elevados, solo eso.
Y por último una sugerencia, mejoraría la iluminación del cartel con el nombre del hotel que en la noche no se ve muy bien.

Dit hostel ligt op 1,1 km van Kathedraal van Villarrica en op 1,6 km van Playa Pucará de Villarrica.
De accommodatie heeft een tuin waar je van het uitzicht kunt genieten, maar profiteer ook van gratis wifi en conciërgeservices. Enkele voorzieningen van dit hostel zijn een gemeenschappelijke woonkamer, houtskoolbarbecues en een receptieruimte.

El hotel está con poca mantención, las piscinas no están bien pintadas, hay manchones que le falta pintura. hay una piscina temperada que esta en una construcción que le sacaron el techo, se ve triste. La atención del restaurante es mala porque tienen pocos garzones, el desayuno es malo, la palta de bolsa, los huevos son como color cafe, poca variedad de cosas. La pintura exterior esta vieja. las reposeras de plástico. quisimos ir al spa bajamos y nos dijeron que no se podía sin pedir hora, pese que no había nadie, pero lejos el lugar más precario es el de la piscina temperada.

Excelente estadia en un hermoso lugar. Comodo, agradable , seguro y acogedor. Al salir un dia , volvimos a la habitacion y encontramos un goteo desde el techo en el pasillo de la habitacion. Ahi comprendi porque el raro adorno de madera en el techo. Era una forma de cubrir un orificio de algun trabajo sin terminar. Al comunicar esto a la recepcion me ofrecieron otra habitacion en el tecer piso. Ya no tenia la misma vista pero por lo menos estaba mas segura sabiendo que no tendria una gotera sobre nuestras cabezas.
Fue lo unico desagradable pues todo lo demas muy bueno, especialmente el completo y variado desayuno.

El Hotel es un lugar cálido y bien atendido por sus propios dueños. Las instalaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía. El personal es de primera, supieron resolver cada requerimiento que tuvimos. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de buenos restaurantes, comercio y supermercados.

MMonique De OssóThe hotel is very beautiful, its location with a beautiful view of the lake, views that have all the rooms and restaurant of the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and I was very helpful. Our large, comfortable room and bathroom with balcony looking at the lake, first-level bed linen, perfect air conditioning, no noise, with repos of amenities, generally an unforgettable stay.
If I had to comment on something negative, I think the prices of the restaurant's letter are somewhat high, just that.
And finally, a suggestion would improve the illumination of the cartel with the name of the hotel that in the night doesn't look very well.

Ttous1110The location of the hotel is far from the bus stop. If you take the transfer from the airport, it will be the last time you arrive at the hotel. The room was still very good and clean. But there is no free water, there is no minibar in the room, if you need to buy water, you have to go to the restaurant. The breakfast options are not very rich.

GGuest UserThe hotel is poorly maintained, the pools are not well painted, there are spots that need paint. There is a heated pool that is in a building where the roof was removed, it looks sad. The service at the restaurant is bad because they have few waiters, the breakfast is bad, the avocado is out of a bag, the eggs are like brown, little variety of things. The exterior paint is old. The plastic lounge chairs. We wanted to go to the spa, we went down and they told us that we couldn't go without making an appointment, even though there was no one there, but by far the most precarious place is the heated pool.

Why stay elsewhere when you can stay at a brand new, clean, comfortable and stylish hotel in the heart of the town? Since they are new they only offer breakfast so make sure if you don't want to go out you have the UBEREATS app and you can have groceries and meals delivered anytime including beer & wine!
