Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

Good breakfast, the room picture is not matching in real situation. Small room. Need to be careful and cautious due to its location. Outside street is not safe. Hotel staffs do not speak English, so get ready with basic Portuguese words and translation app. But the price to stay here is reasonable if you are looking for an affordable convenient hotel.

The choice for breakfast is very large. Overall, we liked everything and would be happy to come back again.

Alles was sensationeel, van onze aankomst tot het uitchecken. We hadden een klein probleem met de lucht, maar ze hebben het snel opgelost.
