Gelegen op een goed punt omdat je het treinstation in de buurt hebt om naar verschillende steden te gaan.
Geweldige aandacht en behandeling van de werknemers.
Ontbijtbuffet beperkt in verscheidenheid, maar allemaal heel goed.
Het grootste pluspunt is de loopafstand naar de luchthaventerminal. De kamers zijn ook redelijk ruim. De service is niet uitzonderlijk, maar ook niet slecht, eerder middelmatig.
De kamers hebben echter wel wat aandacht nodig, vooral voor een Sheraton:
- de tv was defect (hij viel spontaan uit na een paar minuten gebruik),
- de douchegel- en zeepflessen waren praktisch leeg,
- er was slechts één niet zo grote handdoek per persoon, wat onvoldoende is om meer dan één keer te douchen (bijvoorbeeld als je 's avonds en 's ochtends vroeg wilt douchen), en
- alle voorzieningen waren op aanvraag, maar bij aankomst was er vrijwel niets inbegrepen (en zelfs toen de receptie vroeg naar items die als inbegrepen waren vermeld, boden ze niet per se iets aan, zoals badjassen), wat het vragen nogal onprettig maakt.
Als de prijs redelijk is, is de gunstige ligging waarschijnlijk de reddende factor van dit hotel.
Alles was perfect!
Mijn enige opmerking is dat ik een nogal impulsief persoon ben tegengekomen.
Hij noemde me tijdens mijn verblijf twee keer ******. Ik heb geprobeerd hem uit te leggen dat dit absoluut niet het geval was. Dus een advies:
Zeg NOOIT 'mulatraat' of 'multi-etnisch'. Deze twee woorden zijn absoluut taboe.
Als je niet beledigd wilt worden, zeg ze dan nooit. Het is jammer, want alles was perfect, afgezien van de bekrompen en paranoïde houding van deze jongeman. Veel succes als je hem ooit tegenkomt.
Los van dit incident kan ik dit hotel van harte aanbevelen. De rest van het personeel is vriendelijk en beleefd. Geniet van je verblijf!
Het ontbijt was prima. Er is een gratis luchthavenshuttle, maar deze rijdt alleen vóór 09:30 uur en na 17:00 uur. Het is bovendien een gedeelde dienst met andere hotels in de buurt, wat het onhandig maakt voor wie op andere tijden moet reizen. Verder was alles naar wens.
De buitenkant was schoon. De binnenkant was ook schoon en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamer was rustig en schoon. Ik zou er zeker weer verblijven.
Pleasant stay at this hotel. The gym is amazing and new, room clean. I did notice a very bad smell at times coming up through the bathroom however I didn’t approach the hotel about it. Customer service great when checking in however there was always a long queue. When I checked in they advised I received a complimentary room upgrade. The prices at the bar and cafe are quite pricey, it is about 3.6km from the airport so they recommend a taxi if you don’t arrive in the shuttle times. I did catch the shuttle in the morning that they have which costs €6.
The room was spacious and clean. Very nice room decor. The bed was so comfy that we had a very good sleep. The room lightings were conveniently set - can choose different 'scenes' for different purpose. Breakfast buffet line was decently good. I also like the idea that the hotel provides sparkling water on tab.

Dit hotel is voornamelijk bedoeld voor toeristen die zelf willen rijden. Het is vrij afgelegen en verlaten. Het kost twee haltes om naar station Brussel-Zuid of naar station Brussel-Centraal te komen. Het duurt meer dan tien minuten om vanaf het station te lopen. Er is alleen een kleine supermarkt die om 8 uur sluit.
De glazen deur van de badkamer is vrij doorzichtig, en de privacy is er niet genoeg! Toen ik de eerste avond onder de douche stond, ontdekte ik dat de fles leeg was en pas de volgende dag werd bijgevuld!
Ik reis vaak voor zaken en ben meerdere keren in Brussel geweest. Ik verblijf meestal in het stadscentrum. Dit is mijn eerste keer dat ik in de buurt van de luchthaven verblijf. Hoewel dit hotel oud is en net als de meeste Europese hotels, schoon is, is het bed comfortabel , en het beddengoed is in orde. Alleen de papieren beker heeft een no-nonsense gevoel. Er is een gratis pendelbus.

I usually have good experience with Novotel hence the hotel has been my choice. Normally, I always inform the hotel in advance if I will be checking in late by using the link provided by Trip.com, and I usually receive a prompt and professional response from Novotel hotels.
Unfortunately, my experience with Novotel Brussels Airport was disappointing. Despite sending emails to inform them about my late check-in—first via the *********** link and then directly to the hotel—I received no response at all. This is unusual, as on the same day I contacted two different hotels for upcoming stays, and the other hotel replied promptly. Only Novotel Brussels Airport did not respond.
There was also a booking issue where I was told that my two children were not included in the reservation, even though the booking was made through Trip.com’s automated system and full payment had already been completed. The receptionist told me they cant do anything since I came late. But I showed them my email via the trip.com link and they said that was not their email address. So Is the management or your staffs not doing a good homework professionally?
To make matters worse, I accidentally left my mobile phone at the hotel and only realized it half a day later. When I called the hotel, I was told to send an email. I emailed twice, yet I still have not received any reply. It is very frustrating when phone assistance is unhelpful and emails are simply ignored.
Overall, I felt unsupported and unsure where to seek help due to the lack of response and assistance. This experience does not meet the standards I have come to expect from Novotel. I sincerely hope Novotel Brussels Airport will improve its communication and customer service.
GGuest UserThis is a brand new property. The room was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the steak was pretty good! This hotel has growing pains. The hotel shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport despite making two calls to the hotel. They said it was due to road construction. BS, I had just driven a rental car from the hotel to the airport. I had to spend $20 on a 5km taxi ride. The next morning the shuttle left the hotel at 7:00 a.m. and was not going to make another run until 8:30 despite a schedule of running every half hour. Unacceptable. So for a very short stay, and that's what this hotel's purpose is, it did not meet our expectations at all. For a major hotel chain, this is well below expectations despite a nice room and a respectable restaurant.
GGanBatManThe hotel is quite far from the city, but the train station is only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, the transportation costs for commuting back and forth to the city add up quickly, so that is something to keep in mind.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the shower floor is very slippery, so extra caution is needed.
It is a large hotel with many travelers, so breakfast can get very busy. I would recommend going down around 7–8 AM; otherwise, it may be difficult to find enough food or even a place to sit.

I booked this hotel near the airport to catch my flight. Its best feature is the superb location – it's right across from the departure level entrance. The breakfast was also pretty good and suited Chinese tastes.

The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient.
Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day.
Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job.

There's a free shuttle bus from the airport, but the departure times aren't very accurate. We queued at 6:30 PM for the 6:50 PM bus, but it still hadn't arrived by 7:10 PM, so we ended up taking an Uber. On the way back to the hotel, we actually ran into the shuttle bus that was supposed to take us there earlier... There's also a free shuttle bus to the airport, and its departure times are more or less on schedule.
PS: For travelers departing from Brussels Airport, make sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance, otherwise, you'll be queuing for a very long time and might miss your flight.
