De binnenplaats waar ik verbleef (nummer 2) heeft een authentieke Hui-architectuur, met pittoreske witte muren en zwarte tegels direct voor de deur. Je hoeft je niet door de toeristenmassa te worstelen; je kunt prachtige foto's maken op de binnenplaats van het pension zelf. Reisfotografen komen vaak naar de ingang om foto's te maken, wat resulteert in ongelooflijk mooie beelden. Ik ga er zeker nog een keer heen!"

Er is ook een terras waar je kunt ontspannen en je rustig en ver weg van de stad kunt voelen. Schoon en netjes, uitstekende locatie, dicht bij de zuidpoort, erg handig voor uitstapjes. We brachten hier vier dagen door, wat een zeldzame goede tijd was voor ons, die het elke dag zo druk hebben. Dit is ook het memorabele deel van deze reis."

They also offer round-trip high-speed rail station transfers, making it perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the hotel without worrying about where to eat."

"Het was een fantastische ervaring. Wumingchu was onze eerste stop tijdens een negendaagse reis, waar we twee nachten verbleven. De kamers waren ruim en het personeel was vriendelijk en attent. Bij het inchecken kregen we fruit en 's avonds zoete soep. Het ontbijt, hoewel klein, was vullend en had alles wat we verwachtten. "The hotel is located in Bishan Village, just a short walk from the parking lot. The decor is quite unique for an old house. The lobby features a bar, a pool, and a fireplace, offering plenty of spots to relax. A special shout-out to the complimentary snacks – they were so delicious, I had to ask for more. The room was clean, had underfloor heating, and no strange odors. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was à la carte and tasty. My only complaint was dinner; the dishes were uninspired. An Anhui-style egg-fried rice, for example, was served cold because it had been pre-cooked for tour groups, not made fresh. Since it's in a quiet ancient village, most shops close after 6 PM. There are only a couple of streets to explore, and two to three hours is more than enough time, so there's no need to stay an extra night."

I also found a huge spider before going to bed at night. If you are visiting Hongcun or Xidi, you can stay here because of the surrounding area. Nothing to play with! Maybe because there is no business, the service attitude is very good. This is the only redeeming feature of this hotel."

"I've visited Hongcun several times, and I still think this hotel is the best! Guesthouse prices, star-rated hotel service! If you're particular about hotel decor, this is a must-visit. The rooms are large, quiet, and offer beautiful views! There's a self-service laundry room, breakfast is readily available, and there's even a noodle stall. The staff at the front desk are very polite and provide excellent service! In winter, they even thoughtfully provide hot tea and warm Nongfu Spring water. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the Hongcun scenic area, and there's a shuttle bus every hour and half-hour, making advance booking very convenient."
