Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. An old five-star hotel, the facilities are a bit old, but the location is good. It is located on East Street, not far from the Bell Tower, and there is a bus stop at the door, which is convenient for travel. The room was clean and tidy and very quiet at night. The service is average.

The hotel is relatively new. Advertised name ”A-Tour” and actual hotel name is different, so hard to find on local DiDi app, or iphone map, but we worked it out eventually. Breakfast is half western with basic choices, coffee machine is a challenge and never not hot enough. Breakfast on the outside deck overlooking the wall was quite relaxing. Lots of shops around close, including Dairy Queen and several coffee shops just out the front, KFC, Pizza, Macca's and numerous good local restaurants within very a short walk. Rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean, the bed is soft, a big bonus to find in China in the budget range hotels. My opinion, it's a good choice as it's easy on the budget.

The hotel as a whole is very worthy of praise. The whole experience can be said to be very thoughtful. As soon as you enter the door, someone will help you open the door and unpack your luggage, and immediately provide hot water. The room was arranged in advance after check-in, and I quickly went into the room to rest. The room was very comfortable, clean and smelled great when we entered it. I have to say that I really think this experience is the best among so many cities. Another comment that I must write down is the lady in the restaurant, she is so heartwarming. Although it is a buffet. The cutlery was delivered to me before I even reached for it. The food was very delicious😋 and there were many choices. The eldest sister also patiently introduced their features to me, which I really thought was very good. I also gave a souvenir after leaving the store. It's great, the experience is great, and the facilities and equipment are complete. There is a gym and laundry room, and the parking lot is very convenient. Main level laundry room for quick drying. I really like the smell of this laundry detergent that lasts a long time. I will really choose this hotel next time. Special thanks to the front desk manager Ren for his help, as well as the restaurant lady, and the ladies and brothers at the front desk~very good~a must-have for repeat customers!

Location is perfect. It is quite near to the City Wall, Beilin Museum, Muslim Quarters, Beilin and Drum Towers. I love the location. Also hostel servicing is excellent. It is clean and convenient. When I come to Xi’an again, I will stay there.

Excellent experience and very helpful service from all staff. Perfect location- South Gate, bar street, drum and bell tower, and multiple subway stations within short walking distance. Beautifully decorated and everything smells of oranges! Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Xian.

我真的要誇一次 這次的酒店是我住過最舒服的 是獨棟的小宅園 也有人專門來這喝下午茶 據説以前慈禧住在前院 晚上很方便citywalk 周圍有很多網紅店 小酒館 我還在酒店旁邊的店偶遇了capper 旁邊小酒館的酒也超級好喝 店裡也很有氛圍感 老闆和店裡姐姐都超級有意思 叫“撞牆”愛小酌的bro真的有福了哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 他的床彷彿有魔力 每次都要被硬控一下（跟我懶沒關係）就是睡着賊舒服 洗護有愛馬仕和歐舒丹 而且環境超級好 離景點（除了兵馬俑）都很近 據説庫裏也住在這附近 每天早上的早餐也很精緻 貼心到問我明天想幾點用餐 也不怕睡過頭 管家和工作人員也超級親切 每次進門都要打招呼 我一個e人都要社恐了

The B&B is located in Hongxin International Community, very quiet. I booked two rooms and stayed there for four consecutive days. It is convenient to travel and is only a few minutes away from Ningmen subway station. The snack bar downstairs in the community is not very good, and I can’t eat it. However, Heshenghui opposite the community has many delicious food, B1 has many snacks, and there are restaurants upstairs. I recommend Jinjingfu on the third floor. It tastes good. You can also view the city wall on the top floor. .

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the subway entrance and Yongning Gate on foot. It is relatively convenient. The front desk upgraded our room for free.
