"Booking a package at the Riverside Villa during Chinese New Year was incredibly good value. The hotel environment is fantastic, with expansive grounds and a super spacious lobby. All the guest rooms feature white walls and dark tiled roofs, and the entire hotel is built as a garden around the lake, offering beautiful scenery perfect for travel photography. It's also conveniently located; you can take a shuttle bus and then walk to go skiing or to the dining areas. The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was already on before we checked in – so generous, it felt like summer! Hhh. The room itself was a Chinese-style mini-villa, huge in size, with one side facing the river and the other featuring a small courtyard. We even got to experience a punt boat check-in, which added a wonderful sense of ceremony. The service was also excellent; there was no drop in quality despite it being Chinese New Year or us being package guests. Our butler, Elsa, was incredibly patient and meticulous throughout. She responded to messages promptly, communicated clearly when resolving issues, and the shuttle buses arrived quickly when called. All the concierges and room service staff we encountered were very warm, polite, and proactively greeted guests. The breakfast quality was also great, with a rich variety including Chinese and Western hot dishes, cold platters, pastries, and a noodle station. The limited-quantity steak and xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) per person were delicious, and they also offered freshly made fruit tea and freshly squeezed juices. In short, it completely exceeded our expectations! (I really had a great experience to write such a long, positive review; every word is my own)."

"We stayed at this newly opened hotel with our child for a Spartan race in Wuxi. The hotel is very close to the race venue, and the back entrance leads directly to NanChang Street, which is super convenient. The decor is uniquely Indigo, as always, and very beautiful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is good, and the noodles were delicious. The service was excellent all around, and special thanks go to butlers Tina & Seven and front desk staff Elsa & Angelia~"

"The hotel is located a short walk away from the metro. There is also a nice park nearby for running. Unfortunately there are no malls or anything nearby. Lounge had limited variety of food, but the quality was awesome, with lobsters and crayfish. Their cleaner was attentive, placing a whole carton of bottled water in our room when she noticed we drank what was given in our room. Check-in was smooth and fuss-free."

"I booked the Radisson Hotel in Wuxi on short notice. The front desk called me in advance to send me the hotel location, which was very helpful for me as a visitor from out of town. I checked in very late at night, and the room was quite nice, spacious and clean. I took a shower that night, and in the morning I tried their breakfast, which had a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, I had a very good stay, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Wuxi."

"The hotel's environment is excellent, with a door leading directly to the back entrance of Lihu Lake. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious, though they don't have a mini-fridge. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room, which was on the side without the lake view, but it was still large and comfortable. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets, as well as the Jinyuan restaurant, were quite good. It was my birthday during my stay, but the hotel didn't acknowledge it at all, which I suppose they hadn't considered. When I asked if there was a birthday gift at the buffet dinner, the restaurant offered me a bowl of noodles, but I declined as I was already full. It's not that I truly needed a gift, but I suggest the hotel could improve its customer care. I've stayed at this hotel many times since 1997, and even dined on a boat here before. They are currently building a third phase, and I hope it continues to get better."

They were very considerate throughout. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, with elegant decor. The public areas were spacious and bright, making it safe and comfortable for our family with elders and children. Our room was very spacious; the whole family could move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring everyone slept soundly. The room was exceptionally clean; even the corners were spotless, the bathroom was odor-free, and all amenities were provided, demonstrating the hotel's high standards of hygiene. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the view was great; the children were delighted as soon as they entered. The hotel is very family-friendly, with safe and practical facilities. The corridors and public areas were quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including Chinese and Western dishes, hot dishes, and pastries. The ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted good, satisfying the different tastes of the whole family. The children ate with gusto, and the elderly also found it very enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around, explore, and dine. The staff we encountered along the way were all very polite, greeting us proactively and patiently answering any questions we had. Their service was excellent. This family trip was very enjoyable because of the comfortable and hassle-free accommodation. Junlan Hotel is particularly suitable for family travel in terms of environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service. It offers great value for money and a safe and comfortable stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends traveling with family – you won't be disappointed!"

Zijn professionalisme en vriendelijkheid waren echt uiterst belangrijk en maakten ons zeer verwelkomd. Over het algemeen, deze verblijfsduur overtroffen onze verwachtingen.
