The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is a huge convenience for exploring without being weighed down. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making dining and entertainment super easy. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuxi. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Wuxi!"

Gelukkig zijn er beneden M-standkoffie en Noord-Amerikaanse koffie, en zijn er veel eetgelegenheden in Sanyang Plaza. De service bij de receptie was erg goed en ze gebruikten ook WeChat om van tevoren aan te geven hoe ze bij het hotel konden komen en in- en uitchecken."

"Five stars to the two lovely ladies from housekeeping! When our door lock suddenly ran out of battery and wouldn't open, they immediately sprang into action, trying everything they could to fix it, even more anxious than us. They quickly arranged for us to rest in the air-conditioned room next door. Their service attitude was excellent throughout. Afterwards, they even offered us a late check-out and kept apologizing. Although we ended up checking out early due to our travel plans, we're still very grateful for their wonderful attitude. The hotel is less than 100 meters from the subway station, right in the city center, which is very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip."

"I arrived in Wuxi for a business trip just before the Dragon Boat Festival. I got to the hotel late at night after several hours of driving and left in a hurry the next morning. Overall, I was quite satisfied. Randy, who checked me in, was very polite and professional. He covered everything from the hotel's features to parking and invoicing, and even told me I just needed to leave the room key when checking out the next day. The breakfast tasted good, with a decent variety, and the noodles were especially delicious."

"I was out late because the MixC West District just opened. I chose this hotel last-minute, but it turned out to be an experience that far exceeded my expectations and was a wonderful surprise! The hotel is located within a scenic area, and the entire area is operated by the hotel. The hotel group is state-owned, which means it's very well-regulated and meticulous. You know it won't be bad when it's sometimes used to host important dignitaries. Since I arrived quite late and there was availability, they upgraded me to a suite! It was huge, and the decor, attention to detail, and the view from the window were all superb. The brands and specifications of the home appliances were, of course, top-notch. It was a fantastic stay. On another note, I have to commend how well the old buildings in the scenic area have been preserved and developed!"

"This has to be the most ridiculous hotel I've ever stayed at. P2 P3: We checked in on the 19th and checked out on the 21st. Our butler contacted me via WeChat on the 15th. On the 18th, I booked the Sea World for the 19th and dinner that evening. The restaurant was in the adjacent Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, the staff couldn't find my reservation. After showing the screenshot in P1, we were seated. The food service was incredibly slow. After the dishes in P2 were served, we waited over an hour for half a portion of vermicelli, two small soup dumplings, and two bowls of noodles. They might as well not have bothered. P4 P5 P6: The next day, at 9:37 AM, I contacted the butler for a shuttle to the breakfast restaurant. I understand mornings are peak time, but we waited a full 39 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at our room door. We got to the breakfast restaurant at 10:18 AM, and many items were already gone. The chefs and staff started clearing up promptly at 10:30 AM. I accidentally left my umbrella at the breakfast restaurant. I contacted the butler, who replied "Okay!" but then there was no follow-up. I assumed it had been left at the front desk. Before heading out in the afternoon, I went to the front desk to retrieve it, but they had no idea and directed me to the concierge. The concierge also knew nothing and, after contacting a colleague, informed me the umbrella was still at the downstairs breakfast restaurant. Hygiene: The video in P1 shows my biggest pet peeve. The room had supposedly been cleaned, and fresh towels provided, but when I went to wash up, what on earth was this? What is this unidentified stain? And the light in the shower was broken. Truly, every single thing hit a nerve. This is my first ever negative review."

"The hotel's location is quite convenient, right next to the train station. Kids who love watching trains can choose rooms facing the tracks, but it might be a bit noisy. It really depends on personal preference. The hotel is also relatively new. The only drawbacks are the absence of a greeter and a bellhop. Breakfast is pretty average. The suite is quite spacious. Overall, it offers great value for money. I hope they can add an executive lounge, similar to what you find in European and American chain hotels."

Ik wil hier graag een reactie achterlaten: De receptie was erg vriendelijk en beleefd tijdens het inchecken. Ze regelden een kamer op de 26e verdieping. Het uitzicht was erg mooi, maar ik vergat foto's te maken. Voeg twee foto's van de lobby toe. Nadelen: Omdat het oorspronkelijke restaurant op de t****e verdieping verbouwd werd, werd het ontbijt tijdelijk in de lounge op de 27e verdieping geplaatst, er waren minder varianten en de ruimte was klein. Speciale opmerking: Mike's servicegerichte instelling in de lobby is geweldig! [sterk][sterk][sterk][sterk][sterk] Ik zal ervoor kiezen om hier de volgende keer te blijven en hoop dat het ontbijt tegen die tijd zal zijn verbeterd."

The environment and hygiene were excellent, and the location was superb, with Nanfang Street and Nanchansi Temple both nearby. After checking out, I accidentally left my iPad in the room and didn't even realize it myself. The hotel found it and contacted us promptly. Luckily, we hadn't left Wuxi city yet, so we quickly turned back to retrieve it. Thumbs up to the hotel! 👍👍👍"
