"The experience at Wuxi Suning Galaxy International Hotel exceeded my expectations! It's located right in the city center, in the Chong'an Temple business district, and just a 3-minute walk to Sanyang Plaza Metro Station, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. I stayed in a room on the 60th floor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the entire city. The scenery was absolutely stunning, especially as the city lights came on in the evening. The room itself was modern and elegant, with soft, comfortable bedding, and a well-equipped bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service was just average, though."

"This was my third stay, and I was upgraded to a balcony room on the fourth floor with a fantastic view of lush greenery. The room was very spacious and well-appointed, featuring an automatic Toto toilet, a capsule coffee machine, and a complimentary mini-bar. The breakfast was exceptionally rich and varied, including Wuxi xiaolongbao and duck blood vermicelli soup. Besides the usual pumpkin, taro, and corn, the steamer even offered water chestnuts! After eating, a cup of coffee, a small bowl of buttery popcorn, and a few cherry tomatoes made for a perfect chat with family. Another highlight this time was the welcome tea selection at the fifth-floor front desk, with four options to choose from. Even the disposable cups were stylishly designed with a curved waist. Trying them all, the lemon juice was refreshing, and the cold-brewed Wuyishan tea was even more fragrant. The hotel service was also excellent this time; issues were resolved promptly, and they even followed up proactively. My relatives in Wuxi mentioned that the hotel also offers monthly rentals. I'm curious about the price – if it's reasonable, it would be a great place to stay after retirement. Good environment, food taken care of, a perfect way to live and travel."

"We stayed at this newly opened hotel with our child for a Spartan race in Wuxi. The hotel is very close to the race venue, and the back entrance leads directly to NanChang Street, which is super convenient. The decor is uniquely Indigo, as always, and very beautiful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is good, and the noodles were delicious. The service was excellent all around, and special thanks go to butlers Tina & Seven and front desk staff Elsa & Angelia~"

"The hotel's environment is excellent, with a door leading directly to the back entrance of Lihu Lake. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious, though they don't have a mini-fridge. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room, which was on the side without the lake view, but it was still large and comfortable. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets, as well as the Jinyuan restaurant, were quite good. It was my birthday during my stay, but the hotel didn't acknowledge it at all, which I suppose they hadn't considered. When I asked if there was a birthday gift at the buffet dinner, the restaurant offered me a bowl of noodles, but I declined as I was already full. It's not that I truly needed a gift, but I suggest the hotel could improve its customer care. I've stayed at this hotel many times since 1997, and even dined on a boat here before. They are currently building a third phase, and I hope it continues to get better."

"I booked the Radisson Hotel in Wuxi on short notice. The front desk called me in advance to send me the hotel location, which was very helpful for me as a visitor from out of town. I checked in very late at night, and the room was quite nice, spacious and clean. I took a shower that night, and in the morning I tried their breakfast, which had a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, I had a very good stay, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Wuxi."

Er lag een dikke laag stof op de tafels, alsof het al heel lang niet was schoongemaakt, en de vloer was zo vies dat de sokken van mijn kind al zwart waren na een paar stappen. Eerlijk gezegd zou dit bij een hotel in deze prijsklasse echt niet moeten."

The front desk staff were gentle and patient, check-in was quick, and they even proactively escorted us to the elevator when they saw we had children and luggage. They were very considerate throughout. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, with elegant decor. The public areas were spacious and bright, making it safe and comfortable for our family with elders and children. Our room was very spacious; the whole family could move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring everyone slept soundly. The room was exceptionally clean; even the corners were spotless, the bathroom was odor-free, and all amenities were provided, demonstrating the hotel's high standards of hygiene. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the view was great; the children were delighted as soon as they entered. The hotel is very family-friendly, with safe and practical facilities. The corridors and public areas were quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including Chinese and Western dishes, hot dishes, and pastries. The ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted good, satisfying the different tastes of the whole family. The children ate with gusto, and the elderly also found it very enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around, explore, and dine. The staff we encountered along the way were all very polite, greeting us proactively and patiently answering any questions we had. Their service was excellent. This family trip was very enjoyable because of the comfortable and hassle-free accommodation. Junlan Hotel is particularly suitable for family travel in terms of environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service. It offers great value for money and a safe and comfortable stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends traveling with family – you won't be disappointed!"

De enige verbetering is de receptie van het hotel, het is jammer dat de receptie niet vriendelijk is, het begrijpen is zeer persoonlijk, maar met de huidige concurrentie tussen hotels, service met een glimlach is altijd een plus.
