"Chrysalis Inn and Spa is exactly what one envisions as the perfect experience in every way.  We had the Full Bay water view room with fireplace and extra large window seat which really added to the ambiance.  The bathroom slide away wall offered a water view even from the bathtub.  Keenan’s on the Pier restaurant within the Inn was so convenient for room service with excellent menu.  Walking distance to cute village of Fairhaven was fun for shopping and exercise as well as the boardwalk over the water out front of Inn.  We’ll return again and again. "

"De kamer ruikte goed, maar de lift ruikte goed. Er waren bootafdrukken op de muur aan het raam en een soort donkere tin op de tuin. De koelkast had gele vloeistof overal gedroogd. Toen ik naar bedbugs keek, zag ik veel stenen en snijden in de matroos zelf alsof het met een mes of zoiets was gesneden. De bladeren en pijpen waren vuil, maar we hadden een paar slaapzaken en pijpen in onze auto die we gebruikten op de volledig gemaakte bed, dus we hoefden niet te aanraken op de lijnen terwijl we sliepen."

"Room was not cleaned thoroughly.. old used soap on the floor in bathroom, food left on carpet, remote control so filthy with gunk, it just kept me focused on what else was left behind unnoticed.. Their focus was on why we didn’t consult with them immediately upon finding said items.. obviously we were there to have fun, only seeing things throughout our stay and after the fact..  front desk was as dismissive as management, wishing us a better stay in the future.. good luck with that."
