"We would always select a hotel with the amenities that we want. The very reason why we chose Cobblestone is their indoor heated pool. But, for 2 days while we were there the heater was down and we didn’t see any guests in the pool. It was one disappointment during our stay."

"Chrysalis Inn and Spa is exactly what one envisions as the perfect experience in every way.  We had the Full Bay water view room with fireplace and extra large window seat which really added to the ambiance.  The bathroom slide away wall offered a water view even from the bathtub.  Keenan’s on the Pier restaurant within the Inn was so convenient for room service with excellent menu.  Walking distance to cute village of Fairhaven was fun for shopping and exercise as well as the boardwalk over the water out front of Inn.  We’ll return again and again. "

"Room was not cleaned thoroughly.. old used soap on the floor in bathroom, food left on carpet, remote control so filthy with gunk, it just kept me focused on what else was left behind unnoticed.. Their focus was on why we didn’t consult with them immediately upon finding said items.. obviously we were there to have fun, only seeing things throughout our stay and after the fact..  front desk was as dismissive as management, wishing us a better stay in the future.. good luck with that."

"Het enige probleem dat ik had was de hoeveelheid open brandkoken en propaantanks aan de buitenkant van het parkeerterrein, de Spaanse klanten waren enorm en koken voor hun familie’s op de gebouwen. Zelfs onder de bomen waren er kapsels, waarvan ik denk dat het een enorme verantwoordelijkheid was, en het laatste is dat ze geld krijgen voor het werk uit de rug van een pick-up truck."
