"✨ rijden via Weko, selecteren van dit hotel in de woestijn van Wanxia, en de totale ervaring is boven de verwachtingen! Het hotel is naast I-35 hoge snelheid, de locatie is super goed, parkeerplaats gratis en handig, het reizen is helemaal niet nodig. De kamer is schoon en ruime, twee grote bedden zijn zeer comfortabel, de bedden zijn zacht en rustig, bijzonder veilig. Gratis ontbijt is rijk, warm en koud, koffie is ook goed te drinken, open een dag vol met lekkere voedsel. De receptieservice is zeer gezellig, het verblijf in de uitgang is zeer efficiënt, er zijn veel restaurants en supermarkten omringend, de voedselvoorziening is zeer handig. De faciliteiten zijn zeer nieuw, gratis WiFi en de fitnessruimte zijn volledig, het is te geschikt voor mensen die op weg reizen, de volgende keer zal ik nog overnachten."

"This is the best hotel I've had the pleasure to stay in. The staff never stops trying to make your stay the best and they do a GREAT job. It's a newer building and all the staff work nonstop keeping it looking that way. The food was wonderful and breakfast is free and cooked to order. This was my first stay at an Element hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would like to point out one of the staff members, Victoria Wright, for being such a wonderful part of our stay. She is an outstanding employee and makes every guest feel at home. I don't think you can find a better place to stay."

"The hotel was under construction so there were some workers practically blocking the front door of hotel. The wallpaper in the halls was torn due to the construction. The maid service knocked on our door at 9 am and checkout was not until 12. A future recommendation is to maybe have the maid service wait until checkout time to start knocking on doors of rooms that are occupied. The lady at the front desk was great and very helpful. It was a it of a disappointment to pay over $125 when the hotel was under reconstruction which was a bit of a bother to the guests. I was in the elevator with some other guests complaining about it also."

"The room was dirty, stunk… I smoke but the smell of cigarettes was sooo overpowering! I stayed here for a few months a year or more ago and it was a nice place I don’t know if management has changed but it’s gross now. There was roaches and the bathroom door on the inside was tore up as if someone had a dog locked in it. The lighting was also horrible and my neighbor was outside my room all night people hollering at 3:30 in the morning it’s ridiculous!!"
