Het ontbijt was erg goed! En de kamers waren oké. Maar het hele pakket was veel te duur!"

"A great hotel!! Yes, slightly dated, but that's the charm. Good sized rooms, warmly heated in winter, with a nice bathroom and a BATH! Breakfast was great too! Didn't try the pool and sauna, but seemed popular!"

"We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a sign on reception asking to call someone to come and check us in as nobody was on reception. Wasn't really given any directions to our room. The man on reception just pointed one way to the breakfast room and the way to our room. We were in room 101, no lifts to take us and our large cases, but had to navigate several flights of stairs. When we did eventually find our room, it was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the room was always cold. Heating is turned off at this time of year and only 1 blanket in the wardrobe. Breakfast was really poor. You have to access it via the adjoining Korean restaurant and down a twisted staircase, not good for anyone with mobility issues. As for the offerings, hard stale bread, had to ask for butter and jam as nothing laid out. Even though it's a tiny breakfast room with not many people, food wasn't replenished often so you just went without. Eggs had to be ordered from the kitchen. The coffee machine wasn't nice at all. I have had better supermarket brand instant coffee than this machine made. The spa has to be booked at least 2 hours in advance. My husband used it but didn't even bother with the jacuzzi as it looked like it had pond scum in it, not clean at all. Plus it was very busy and not a relaxing environment, so he didn't stay long. The only advantage to this hotel is the location. Just within the old town, so easy to walk to most places of interest. A short 10 minute walk to the train and bus stations. Other than that, one of the least enjoyable stays we've had in the 41 European countries we've visited so far. Wouldn't stay here again as the standard just isn't good."

"It's well located, near the cathedral and the bar area in the evening. The staff, with a few exceptions, were rude, offering no greeting upon arrival or departure. They made us look foolish, as if we didn't know how contactless cards worked, since our room keys didn't work. Instead of re-entering them into the computer, they escorted us out because they doubted we had tried to open the room properly. They were surprised and had to go back to the desk to re-enter them. Anyway... One day they didn't clean our room even though we left a sign first thing in the morning indicating it was available for cleaning. The next day, we didn't leave anything and they cleaned it. The hotel, judging by the furniture and facilities, for example, doesn't live up to the price they charge, as it's old and the shower has a curtain."

"Het interieur was werkelijk prachtig, de kamers op de hogere verdiepingen boden een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad. Het hotel was makkelijk te bereiken - ik nam bus 3G vanaf het vliegveld en na 10-15 minuten zag ik het hotel al vanaf de overkant van de rivier. Je kon gemakkelijk naar de meeste plekken lopen vanaf het hotel, maar er was ook een bushalte vlakbij, wat het reizen erg makkelijk maakte. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zeer professioneel en de ontbijtservice was van hoge kwaliteit."
