"I stayed at Indiana Hotel in Van, Turkey, for 5 nights and had a mixed experience. The breakfast was decent and tasty, offering a good variety to start the day. The beds were okay, though not particularly comfortable, but they were manageable for a short stay. The hotel’s location is a big plus, being close to shopping centers and supermarkets, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, there were some downsides. The hotel is right next to a busy bus station in the city center, and the constant honking from drivers until 11:00 PM was incredibly disruptive. There was no air conditioning in my room, which made it less comfortable, especially in warmer weather. While the room itself was clean, I noticed some stains on the provided towels, so I avoided using them. Overall, it’s an okay choice for budget travelers, but the noise and lack of AC were significant drawbacks."

"We verbleven er 10 nachten. Het was echt schoon. Het personeel was uitstekend. De transfer verliep goed. De hotelmanager, meneer Arkan, was een respectvolle man. Hij heeft ons enorm geholpen. Alles was vlakbij: winkelcentrum, bakker, supermarkt, apotheek. Alles was prima. Het ontbijt was goed. Het enige minpuntje was dat je niet voor het ontbijt hoefde te betalen. Je moest er vroeg bij zijn, maar verder was alles goed."

"I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel has an excellent location in the city center, which is very convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, which made communication easy and pleasant. The hotel also offered Wi-Fi, and there was a TV in the lobby broadcasting Iran International, which is a nice advantage for Iranian guests. Another positive point was that after we reported the lack of cleanliness, the staff provided us with clean bed sheets. Drinking water was also available, which was convenient. However, there were several negative aspects that affected our stay. The room lighting was very poor, making the space feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets, blankets, and pillows were dirty, and we even noticed hair on them. The drawers were also unclean. Additionally, there was only one power outlet in the room, which was quite inconvenient. Considering these issues, the hotel rating displayed at the reception (around 8+) did not seem accurate to me. Overall, while the staff and a few amenities were good, the cleanliness and room conditions need serious improvement. Unless you have no other choice, I would not recommend staying at this hotel."
