The room was very nice and cheap but there are some ”serious” faults. To start with two lights suddenly, it will be that we had very bad luck. In addition to the shower we don't know very well why but it was impossible to douche **** because it changed The hotel was very clean and careful.

This is a beautiful hotel. The renaissance columns from the former palace are in evidence in the dining room and hallways. Paloma is the true star of the show in staff. She goes out of her way to be super helpful. She made sure I was taken care of when I left, since I was going home alone. It is centrally located in the old town. There was a charming Christmas market, and the Plaza is ringed with restaurants and shops, in addition to a long pedestrian shopping plaza with anything you could want, including groceries. The only thing I wished for was a coffee pot in the room, but that is probably and American thing anyway.

We arrived very early since we had to drop off our rental car in the train station. There was a reserved parking space in front of the hotel to drop off our luggage and do the check in. This was great. We were able to return the car and start walking the city without having to drag the suitcases to the hotel. We came back to the hotel at about 3:00pm. Our room was very nice. The decor was very pretty. There was enough space in the room and the bathroom to feel comfortable. The hotel was very nice. The location not the best to be close to the center of town, but it worked for us since the next day we walked to the train station to take the train back to Madrid.

Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very small & outdated. The mattress cheap & nasty. It is supposed to be 4 star but the facilities were non existent, not even tea or coffee making facilities. There was lamp sticking out of the headboard which is a daft place to put it. The restaurant was closed but could eat mediocre food in the cafe/bar. Breakfast was a limited choice & the supposed hot food was cold. For the cost of the room, & paying for the privilege to park we rate it 1 star.

Normalito para el precio de 125 por la noche. Ibamos con mi hijo de 9 meses, solicite cuna y nos pusieron un parque cuna bastante deteriorado y lo peor sin colchón, era una colchoneta super fina. La habitación de tamaño estaba bastante bien y la cama cómoda. tiene cosas ya con falta de cambiar y algo deterioradas pero en general bien El aire no enfriaba mucho y al estar la carretera al lado se escuchaban un poco los coches. La ubicación es normalita también lo bueno pilla cerca de un parque grande.

Ubicación inmejorable.. yo y mi mujer vamos d visita gastrocultural y te queda todo a mano.. pense que en Coruña teniamos bares pero veo que en Valladolid hay mas...trato de todo el personal excelente.. El patio sensacional p tomar algo de tarde sin que te claven una barbaridad.. y sin que parezca un patio d colegio... y en general todo muy bien volveremos seguro en nuestra próxima escapada.

Stayed here a few years ago with 2 other couples and it was fantastic, couldn't fault anything at all, so we decided to go again in January 2022 with another couple who we went with before. Nothing had changed, the room was lovely, nice and clean, staff were nice too, then we went for our evening meal, the dining room had changed it was twice as small as before, but the big let down was the food, it was awful, it was never hot usually tepid or even cold, bearly any choice of hot foods, the only thing that was decent was the made to order omelette at breakfast, one morning I'm sure the bacon had come straight from the fridge it was that cold!, definitely no good for vegetarians, honestly say I lost weight on holiday because the food was so bad, there was 1 snack bar which wasn't round any of the two pools, the sandwiches were a god send, freshly made. There was no entertainment on a night and only a few things like yoga or pool aerobic in one of the pools, nothing in other pool. We paid £1,429 for a week for both of us. So fair to say we will not go back there nor will any of our friends, we booked for next January as soon as we got home but in a different hotel.

Feeling tired and chilly we stopped off at the ibis in Valladolid January 13th it was after 6pm not expecting to stop we hadn’t booked in anywhere, the lady on the desk spoke excellent English and was very welcoming, we didn’t order any dinner as tbh we were too tired to eat but she made up a lovely tea tray for us no problem. Our room was warm & clean the wifi was excellent , the bed was clean very comfortable, peaceful no noise, shower clean and hot, the continental breakfast was very nice,the day time staff also very kind,most impressed will stay again, thank you

Very good hotel, I had booked another of their hotels and they upgraded me to this one for no extra charge! I felt so luxurious, there were so many soaps, shampoos and even tooth brush and tooth paste, I had never seen it before in a hotel. Towels and tv, comfortable beds! I would love to stay longer. Also great location about 15 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute walk from the bus station.

Very good hotel, I had booked another of their hotels and they upgraded me to this one for no extra charge! I felt so luxurious, there were so many soaps, shampoos and even tooth brush and tooth paste, I had never seen it before in a hotel. Towels and tv, comfortable beds! I would love to stay longer. Also great location about 15 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute walk from the bus station.

This is a beautiful hotel. The renaissance columns from the former palace are in evidence in the dining room and hallways. Paloma is the true star of the show in staff. She goes out of her way to be super helpful. She made sure I was taken care of when I left, since I was going home alone. It is centrally located in the old town. There was a charming Christmas market, and the Plaza is ringed with restaurants and shops, in addition to a long pedestrian shopping plaza with anything you could want, including groceries. The only thing I wished for was a coffee pot in the room, but that is probably and American thing anyway.

La ubicación es normalita también lo bueno pilla cerca de un parque grande.

We arrived very early since we had to drop off our rental car in the train station. There was a reserved parking space in front of the hotel to drop off our luggage and do the check in. This was great. We were able to return the car and start walking the city without having to drag the suitcases to the hotel. We came back to the hotel at about 3:00pm. Our room was very nice. The decor was very pretty. There was enough space in the room and the bathroom to feel comfortable. The hotel was very nice. The location not the best to be close to the center of town, but it worked for us since the next day we walked to the train station to take the train back to Madrid.

Breakfast was a limited choice & the supposed hot food was cold. For the cost of the room, & paying for the privilege to park we rate it 1 star.

The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Ideal for short stays. nice reception staff. Modern hotel style, with bar and restaurant in lower floors. Exquisite cleaning. The only thing that is to be hit is the noise from the street on Saturday night when it is near a leisure area.
