房間小 圖片是唯一可以放東西的地方 無法關燈 衹能拉閘 手機就無法充電了 唯一可讚的是工作人員的態度和服務 親自帶領去開門 車庫 寫的免費 實際交15歐

雖然入住環節出了點問題，經攜程協調還是得到解決。旅館房間面積不大，設施實用，且很有檔次。

The room and bathroom were fine (the bed was big so there wasn't a lot of space around it to move around). The main thing lacking in my opinion was a kitchenette in the common area. There was only a water dispenser, no microwave, no fridge, not even a sink to wash dishes in. Aside from that, the location was good (beside the Plaza de España and within easy walking of the Plaza Mayor and Train Station).

They stole my money. I made a reservation with choice of payment over the counter and free cancellation, however they took the money from my credit card. I had to cancel in August and to date they still haven't returned the money. I call there and they say they don't speak English and ask to send me an email. already send more than 10 emails and don't even bother to reply. Avoid this hotel...

Buena opción en Valladolid a una distancia razonable (andando 10-15 minutos) de estación de tren y autobuses y del centro.
Buenas opciones para comidas del día y compras en los alrededores.
Buen servicio, todo gestionado por el equipo. Proporcionan agua embotellada fría y caliente. Buena comodidad y buena comunicación.

ذهبت الى المكان ووجدته مغلق وانتظرت كثيرا ولم يخرج اي موظف اطالب باسترجاع المبلغ المقطوع لكوني لم استخدم الغرفه

Lo peor de la habitacion era que la ventana daba a un lavadero y que el baño olia a tuberia. La cama estaba bien y el sitio esta muy bien situado, en todo el centro.

No pude abrir la ventana para que entrase aire y en el baño había gel pero no champú. Por lo demás aceptable

Todo bien. Pero a la mañana siendo domingo a las 9 era insoportable el ruido, que no se sabia si era arroba o al lado porque se sentia en toda la habitación. De resto bien.
