"Our group stayed here only one night in transition to Aguas Calientes. Of all of the hotels we stayed at while in Peru, this is by far the best one!. Nice, modern, clean rooms, beautiful grounds, and the food was excellent! Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The view from the dining room of the Andes was awesome. We couldn't believe the view while sipping on our morning coffee. We did not want to leave. Customer service was top notch - They were very helpful and friendly, even if we did not speak Spanish very well. Dinner the night before Probably the best meal we had while in Peru. I don't have the photos of the food that my friends ordered. But they ordered more traditional dishes. I wanted something quick and easy so I ordered a burger, which was great and perfect for late dinner with wine. We arrived after 8pm and were tired and hungry and they did not disappoint. I would stay here again in a heart beat!"

It turned out to be the best decision of our trip. **Highlights:** The Team: The owner, Marcel, and the caretaker, Nora, are wonderful people. Marcel speaks great English and is incredibly helpful. Plus, their dog Tatang is a total sweetheart! Digital Nomad Paradise: The entire hotel feels like a giant, comfortable workspace. It’s perfect if you need to get things done while enjoying nature. Location & Comfort: It’s centrally located but feels like living in a private "garden home." It has everything you could possibly need. We truly felt like we were leaving family behind when we checked out. We will definitely be back!"

"The overall stay was pleasant. Positive - the restaurant staff is wonderful and respectful. The chef prepares very delicious meals. The place is always tidy. The views are amazingggg… the rooms are spacious and felt decently insulated. Not so good - in the neighborhood very loud music played and some party happened all night and we could not sleep. It happened one night out of our two nights stay. The rooms needs a phone so that the room service can be ordered, though they offer room service with menus in the room. No ways to communicate to front desk that we are having headache due to loud music.. that was horrible. Hopefully the management realizes and fixes this issue for their guests. Also the bonfire is only by reservation, no heaters in the room. We were asked to move way from fire place area since we just sat there causally for few minutes."

"Speciale scenic heilige Valley hotel jn Precious Peru heeft een prachtige heldere en luchtige circulaire atrium gevuld met groene planten. De kamers zijn groot, hoewel iets dater. Hotel serveert de gebruikelijke verspreiding van warme en koude ontbijt gerechten. Er zijn theebakken bij het front desk om een cupcake te maken om de koude te bewaren. Zoals ik in een tourgroep was, heb ik geen luxe van de tijd om de hotelfaciliteiten te onderzoeken."

"I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Ollantaytambo is a small, clean town with beautiful scenery and fresh air. The staff were very friendly and even gave advice in English on things like how to buy train tickets. They were extremely helpful, and I was very grateful for the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast, which included coffee, bread, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and freshly squeezed juice."

"Rather than get up very early to catch a train from Cusco up to Machu Picchu we stayed in this charming hotel walking distance to the train station at Ollantaytambo. The added bonus is that it gives you a chance to acclimatize to altitude as it is lower than Cusco. The main square with many restaurants is again walking distance as are the impressive ruins. The hotel has beautiful gardens and we were lucky enough to have the weather to enjoy them. There were plenty of birds including lovely hummingbirds. Our room was large, quiet and warm with two radiators. My only criticism would be that the bathroom was chilly as it had single glazing but didn’t have a radiator."
