We spent two nights in this property, it is the third time we have stayed here over a ten year period , even though the hotel is only 4 star it does not disappoint , checking is efficient and friendly as is the baggage and valet park service . The room reflects the hotel being spacious ,modern and very lean , facilities are as expected with excellent connectivity. The bathroom is supplied with pump action toiletries and medium quality towels ,water pressure is superb .there is a complimentary breakfast which is only adequate , salads options were lacking and replenishment of some items was poor ,most of the staff were were very pleasant however we remember the the breakfast being much better on our previous stay . Externally there is a large pool good access to the beach and plentiful sun loungers there is also a spa which we felt was overpriced. In short we enjoyed our stay but are not certain if we would return .

The structure is very new, both in furniture and in technological functionalities, and I found the top in staff, both for reception and professionalism. I found myself very good for the careful cleaning, both in the room and in the common rooms. It feels the proper smell of cleaning. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is varied and satisfies both the sweet and the salad breakfast. There are solutions for those who are vegan or cheliaco. The lady who takes care of breakfast welcomes you with professionality and garbo making you feel at home. The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and I think it is really exceptional for the structure itself, which it deserves, but also for the human aspect that is a considerable added value. I hope I will return this time, with my family, in the summer period.

If you don't want to walk, you can call a motor taxi tick, 10 euros one trip. 3. 5 minutes from the hotel is a beautiful beach, sandy, there is a paid area with cheeslones and free, where you can come with your umbrella, see my separate review for Tropea beach about the beach. It was so much liked to us (though at the nearest and in the Capo Vaticano we were also), that no more to go anywhere, not because close, just it was for us the best beach in Tropea In the hotel quietly, quietly, guests don't interfere with each other despite that, That hotel is all 30, probably. We had a standard room with a small patio, a door-ooking that everybody here rumbles and one bed. The room is just great, not luxurious, but everything you need to eat and done quite thoughtfully. We lived with an open glass door, only used roller. Because we don't like the air conditioner. The sea is visible from the balconies, but in the distance))) to the center of the town 5-10 minutes on foot. Large territory of the hotel, rooms ok for Europe, large balcony. In the morning, an average Italian breakfast. Without pickles, but everything is tasty and healthy. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl at the reception. Air-conditioning, refrigerator, breakfast on the terrace, private balcony, TV, wifi, safe, bidet...everything is there with impeccable cleanliness, royal silence, stunning views, right there The town centre is 10 minutes away from Tropea Railway Station. I recommend 2000% of this B&B from Francesco, charming owner! I will definitely stay here for a longer time because the area is really beautiful and the food is great
