Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good."

I had to go to the service desk downstairs to get a bath towel (because there was only one bath towel in the room), because there was only one person working at the service desk after get off work and I couldn't leave. Apart from these, everything else was good."
