"The hotel was second to none! The staff were kind, friendly and approachable The pools were were wonderful, they were heated which was brilliant with children and changeable weather ! The rooms were well laid out and presented, the views from the room and hotel were stunning The food was delicious with a plentiful menu including breakfast being our favourite meal of the day. There was a great selection for afternoon snack from 3-5pm and then the evening meal catered for all with 2 nights in 7 having a taster menu with a wide range of local food There were breathtaking walks from the hotel and the hotel is a short walk from Torbole. Torbole offers bike hire and lovely walks along the lakeside, with ice cream and pizza a plenty"

"We have been there several times and we have always had a great time, I agree with what has already been said in the best reviews, even this last time they have shown kindness and availability for a booking problem of ours. I do not agree with the complaints of others: we suffer a lot from the heat and therefore we ask if there is air conditioning; the garage at € 14 given the cost of parking in tourist locations is excellent in any case it is not mandatory, there are free parking lots hundreds of meters away. "I was looking for a place close to the center of Torbole but with a quiet, green area where each family member could relax after returning from various excursions in the afternoon. We found a corner of paradise that exceeded all expectations: a swimming pool with a garden and loungers for mom, plus a separate play area right behind it for the rest of the family to run around and play ball. 🙂 The real highlight is the breakfast, which features quality items, from sweet to savory, for a great energy boost before a walk. The room is clean and spacious. We didn't use them, but city bikes are available, and the hotel also offers free parking. Kudos to you for the well-kept garden. Will we be back? Absolutely!"

"Wij gaan nu al meer dan 20 jaar naar dit hotel en zijn nog steeds niet uitgekeken! Op wandelafstand van het meer en het centrum. In het centrum kan je ook de "taxiboot" nemen, waardoor je verschillende andere steden langs het meer kan bezoeken. Je kan ook een fiets of een Vespa huren, topervaring! Het hotel biedt een uitgebreid ontbijt dat je in heel Italië zelden tegenkomt. Mooie kamers en supervriendelijk/behulpzaam personeel. Fijn zwembad en gezellige bar met uitzicht over de bergen. De ideale ligging om bezienswaardigheden te gaan bezoeken en ik kan nog wel even doorgaan.... Een echte aanrader dus."

"Onze vakantie liep iets anders dan gepland. We hadden in eerste instantie een Air B&B geboekt waar we bij aankomst niet tevreden over waren. Om een lang verhaal kort te houden. Wij hebben gebeld met het hotel of er nog plaats was voor ons, meteen nam er een vrouw op die hartstikke vriendelijk was en ze vertelde ons dat ze nog een kamer beschikbaar had. Bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk ontvangen door het personeel. De vrouw heeft ons van te voren de kamer laten zien en die was gewoonweg top! De kamer was gelijk lekker koel door de aanwezige airconditioning. We hadden een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en het zwembad. Het personeel is ook heel erg meedenkend in wat er in de regio te beleven is. Voor ons was dit de eerste keer dat we bij het Gardameer waren. De receptioniste had een handgeschreven briefje geschreven voor ons met leuke bezienswaardigheden en restaurantjes. Dat vonden wij echt heel leuk! Je kunt er ook heerlijk ontbijten. Men heeft een ruim buffet met veel lekkers en je hebt de mogelijkheid om binnen te zitten of buiten onder een afdak of bij het zwembad. Lunchen of dineren kan er helaas niet, maar er zijn in de directe omgeving genoeg leuke restaurantjes."
