"Under new management since June, I found this small, yet elegant Hotel when looking for Hotels with Spa to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We both loved the experience and were able to deeply relax and enjoy our short getaway. With a small interior and exterior swimming pool, water circuit and sauna the facilities, here we've experienced one of the best customer services we've had in all of our travels and hotels. From the cleaning staff, to the host, to the manager. All welcoming, thoughtful and sensitive to our needs. Furthermore the hotel is nicely located in the heart of Tomar, only a walking distance from the center and from most relevant places to visit. We ended our getaway planning to return."

The internet may not be the best solution, even trying to access other connections, we had to have TV connected to have the internet, and the air conditioning was not strong enough for one of the people, I did not need any more but I understand that the other person felt more affected."

What makes this hotel so special is the personalized service from the staff. Without exception, every staff member was so warm and welcoming, and would go out of their way to accommodate your every request. By the time we left, we felt like they were family. We also had the opportunity to meet the owners of the hotel and they are warm and welcoming people and obviously said a high standard for their hotel. The hotel is in an excellent centralized location. We highly recommend this hotel."
