We verbleven 3 nachten. Het bedienend personeel was erg enthousiast. Er is een magnetron beschikbaar naast het restaurant. De meest aanbevolen reden hiervoor is dat het vervoer erg handig is. Er zijn 3 metrostations in de buurt, en de dichtstbijzijnde ligt op slechts enkele tientallen meters afstand. Het is erg handig om overal naartoe te gaan. Ik kwam er ook achter dat er in de buurt een stadsterminal naar Haneda is. Ten slotte is deze shampoo erg handig en kan deze niet in China worden gekocht.

Cannot beat the location of this hotel which sits directly above Tokyo Station. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff who speak perfect English. The Chief Concierge Ms Mori was so helpful and affable - able to help with all requests. Breakfast spread in The Atrium was good as usual but there was just the one platter of marinated raw sea bream as the sashimi dish. The fruits were tiny cubes of melon, pineapple, kiwi and orange (1 each) in individual serves. Last year, there was chirashi offered. And in 2019, a huge platter of all kinds of sashimi and slices of Hokkaido melon. The drinks and snacks / plates offered at the hotel's bar called Bar & Lounge Camellia were excellent. We visited thrice. Happy Hours is 5 to 6 pm with cocktails (even Bellini & Mimosa made with champagne !), beer, wine, mocktails at ¥1300. Staff were congenial and bartenders very professional.

Als je naar Ginza gaat, loop je in 15 minuten naar het kerngebied, wat best handig is. Ten t****e ligt het hotel in een klein steegje en heeft het een kleine voorkant. Er zijn allemaal izakaya's in de omgeving. Het voordeel is dat het handig is om alleen te gaan. Het nadeel is dat de geur aan je lichaam blijft plakken als je langskomt en dat er 's avonds veel gasten aan de deur staan is geen gevaar voor de veiligheid, maar het is gewoon een verkeersopstopping. Het voordeel is dat de servicegerichtheid van het personeel bij de receptie erg goed is en dat hun Engelse vaardigheden net zo goed zijn als die in Kyoto... Bij de receptie kunt u ook gratis gezichtsmaskers en voetpleisters krijgen. Er is een wasserette kamer en een ijsmachine. De kamer is erg schoon, maar het heeft een beetje een muffe geur. Ik weet niet zeker of het de muffe geur is of alleen de geur van hun luchtverfrisser. Kortom, de voor- en nadelen zijn heel duidelijk, u kunt kiezen op basis van uw eigen behoeften.

Voor een overnachting zonder maaltijden. U kunt uw bagage voor en na het inchecken achterlaten. Deze keer wilde ik vanaf Tokyo Station beginnen, dus ik koos voor deze optie omdat er een bushalte in de buurt was en het gemakkelijk was om overal te geraken. Er is ook een metro-ingang in de buurt, wat erg handig was. Ik denk dat het voldoende is om van 's ochtends tot' s avonds te spelen en dan te gaan slapen. Best hotel in tokyo so far! The location is perfect, a minute walk from Tokyo station, there a small convenient store right below. The room was perfect with amazing city view, a kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking, a full size fridge, even a rice cooker. We bought ingredients at the Tokyo station market and made dinners in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby/ dining area is beautiful and overall every detail was thoughtful.

Een fijn hotel met een heerlijk ontbijt. We hebben er echt van genoten tijdens ons eerste verblijf in Tokio. Het metrosysteem is makkelijk te gebruiken, met veel verschillende lijnen, dus je kunt overal komen.

Ik verbleef in dit hotel tijdens een zakenreis. Mijn kamer was schoon en comfortabel. Het bed was ongeveer zo groot als een tweepersoonsbed, dus het was ruim genoeg om op te ontspannen. De bagageopslag voor vertrek verliep ook soepel. In de badkamer van de kamer van mijn vriend lagen echter haren, dus misschien laat de schoonmaakkwaliteit te wensen over.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would talk about it for the rest of our trip, even now as we are back home, we look back at our days spent here and it was the peak of our trip to Japan. Staff was really friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The sauna and cold tub soak in our room were the highlight – it truly made our stay even more relaxing having those amenities in the comfort of our own room. And in the lobby, they have bicycles for us to rent to explore Lake Yamanaka and it was so beautiful. And let me tell you about their breakfast!! Delicately prepared with the best scrambled eggs, rotating through our stay. There is a bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel to take you to places but do note that buses come once every hour. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a respite from city life and away from tourists filled places.

Great location, new hotel, super friendly staff, cozy lounge and cafe at the first floor. Room was a bit small, but has enough space for luggage and clothes, convenient bathroom. Breakfast a la cart was good, but someone can find it a little repetitive. Overall great hotel with nearby metro stations.
