We verbleven 3 nachten. Het bedienend personeel was erg enthousiast. Het bed in de tweepersoonskamer is erg groot, maar kan hoogstens een koffer uitspreiden een badkuip waar je naast kunt staan ​​en douchen. Hygiëne is goed. Op de eerste verdieping kunt u veel toiletartikelen zelf ophalen. Het ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde, met heel weinig varianten, niet sterk aanbevolen. Er is een magnetron beschikbaar naast het restaurant. De meest aanbevolen reden hiervoor is dat het vervoer erg handig is. Er zijn 3 metrostations in de buurt, en de dichtstbijzijnde ligt op slechts enkele tientallen meters afstand. Het is erg handig om overal naartoe te gaan. Ik kwam er ook achter dat er in de buurt een stadsterminal naar Haneda is. Ten slotte is deze shampoo erg handig en kan deze niet in China worden gekocht.

Vijf punten voor de algehele service en netheid, maar de tekortkomingen van dit hotel op het gebied van transport zijn vrij duidelijk. Allereerst is het dichtstbijzijnde transportstation naar het hotel Tokyo Station JR Line, een erg druk station. De metro is voldoende om de meeste plaatsen in Tokio te bereiken. Ik gebruik de JR-lijn minder. Wat het metrostation betreft, het hotel ligt tussen Kyobashi en Nihonbashi, waarvan kan worden gezegd dat het onafhankelijk van beide is. Als je naar Ginza gaat, loop je in 15 minuten naar het kerngebied, wat best handig is. Ten t****e ligt het hotel in een klein steegje en heeft het een kleine voorkant. Er zijn allemaal izakaya's in de omgeving. Het voordeel is dat het handig is om alleen te gaan. Het nadeel is dat de geur aan je lichaam blijft plakken als je langskomt en dat er 's avonds veel gasten aan de deur staan is geen gevaar voor de veiligheid, maar het is gewoon een verkeersopstopping. Het voordeel is dat de servicegerichtheid van het personeel bij de receptie erg goed is en dat hun Engelse vaardigheden net zo goed zijn als die in Kyoto... Bij de receptie kunt u ook gratis gezichtsmaskers en voetpleisters krijgen. Er is een wasserette kamer en een ijsmachine. De kamer is erg schoon, maar het heeft een beetje een muffe geur. Ik weet niet zeker of het de muffe geur is of alleen de geur van hun luchtverfrisser. Kortom, de voor- en nadelen zijn heel duidelijk, u kunt kiezen op basis van uw eigen behoeften.

Ik verbleef dit keer in een eenpersoonskamer. Hoewel de kamer niet groot was, beschikte hij over alle nodige voorzieningen, waaronder een bank en een tafeltje. Mijn koffer van 74 cm met opening aan de voorkant paste wat krap in het gangpad, maar dat stoorde me niet echt. De locatie was niet te ver en niet te dichtbij het metrostation, maar wel gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Het ontbijt bestond uit simpel brood en yoghurt, en er was de hele dag een koffie- en drankautomaat beschikbaar. Al met al was het erg goed, en ik zou hier waarschijnlijk weer verblijven als ik de volgende keer alleen naar Tokio reis!

Great location, easy access to both Metro and JR. Airport Limo bus stop was also nearby but I didn’t use it. Food, convenient stores all around since it’s in central Tokyo Yeasu area. Room is small as expected in central area. Complementary refreshments all day at lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was just ok, simple, for a few days it’s ok but we stayed quite a few nights so it gets to you. Luckily, this hotel allowed us to trade the breakfast tickets for vouchers equivalent to the breakfast value to be used in eateries in nearby Yeasu mall. That’s a positive since you then get to have more choices later. You can even use it at the Daimaru food hall!! Overall I can recommend this hotel.

Een fijn hotel met een heerlijk ontbijt. We hebben er echt van genoten tijdens ons eerste verblijf in Tokio. Het metrosysteem is makkelijk te gebruiken, met veel verschillende lijnen, dus je kunt overal komen.

De locatie is goed, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van de oostelijke uitgang van Kanda Subway. Het is ook handig om in de buurt te eten en te drinken. In- en uitchecken is zelfbediening en gebeurt op machines, geen contact vereist. De kamer is vrij klein, en zelfs een iets grotere koffer past er misschien niet in. Er is een muur heel dicht bij het raam, dus je ziet niets behalve ventilatie. Maar deze zijn prima. Tokio is tenslotte een plaats waar het land schaars is. Het voelt alsof het al jaren niet meer is veranderd is vies. Het ziet er niet uit als een Japans hotel. Het is de standaard die het zou moeten zijn, en dit is de slechtste plaats waar ik al zoveel jaren in een Japans hotel heb verbleven. Bovendien voelt het alsof het vuile dekbed niet is verschoond en gewassen. Er zit alleen een laken tussen de persoon en de persoon wordt alleen verschoond, maar het laken komt er per ongeluk af, wat erg onhygiënisch aanvoelt.

Perfect is the best way to describe Via Inn Akihabara. Location was perfect, room size was comfortable, staff helpful and service/amenities was excellent. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Rooms are cleaned only once in 3 days though they provide clean towels daily. Not open to extend check out time at 10am without a fee. Hotel reception is so small and has no sitting area.

The great thing about this hotel is that it is connected to the underground subway (Shin-Nihombashi), and it is not far from Tokyo station. From the underground passageway, there are automatic doors which lead you to a well-lit small corridor where there are escalators that go up to an indoor entrance to the hotel, but as there were no signs pointing to the hotel, I didn't know about this connection initially, and I dragged my large suitcase up a few flights of stairs that led me to the outside of the building. The night employee who met with me upon check-in was polite enough, but she seemed a bit rigid and cold. In contrast, the day staff whom I spoke with (Mayumi and Shie) were extremely friendly and warm. The shower head and shower hose in my room were leaking and dripped water every few minutes, but the sound was reduced when I closed the bathroom door. The daytime staff whom I spoke with offered to change my room, but I didn't take them up on the offer as I felt I could endure the muffled noise for the few nights I was there and I wasn't sure if the new room would have bad and noisy hotel guests next to it (the guests next around the room I stayed in were quiet and polite). The water pressure of the shower was good and the temperature was consistent. The decor of the room was far too dark. To be clear, I wasn't deceived; I saw the images before booking the room, and I chose this hotel anyway as it was a last minute booking and I felt the price and the location of this hotel were appropriate. The layout and space in the room (Superior) is a bit cramped, but I guess this is the same across many hotels in Tokyo. I didn't like the odd placement of the mirror and basin, as I could see the dark door in the mirror reflection. However, I liked that the toilet and shower were separated. The hand soap quality was not good - after using it, my hand would feel unnatural and dry. I did not use the hotel's shampoo or body wash, as I brought my own toiletries. The sound insulation in the room was great - I barely heard the other guests (I suppose because they were quiet and polite), and I faced an office building so there was barely any street noise. The corridors and room were stuffy, but turning the air-conditioning on helped a bit. I did wish that the windows could be opened to let some outside air in. Next to the lobby is a nice outdoor garden which you can sit in. Unfortunately, I did not have time during the day to enjoy this part of the hotel, and the garden is closed at night. There is a 7-Eleven right at the bottom of the building, very convenient! I did not have breakfast at the hotel, nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those. Overall, if you don't mind dark room decor and the things which I didn't like don't bother you, I think you'll find this hotel just fine. It's still a nice hotel, so you can consider it for your stay.

Ik kwam naar het concert van mijn idool en nam mijn familie mee om hier te spelen. Er zijn veel metrostations in de buurt, waardoor het erg handig is om toeristische attracties te bezoeken. Er zijn supermarkten zoals FamilyMart en Lawson, en er is ook een 711. Je kunt er ook je bagage opslaan en gratis koffie en drankjes drinken. Het ontbijtrestaurant beneden is ook open. Mijn vrienden en ik hebben hier wat randapparatuur gekocht en vonden wat we zochten. Het personeel maakte het ook elke dag op tijd schoon. Omdat mijn familie niet wist hoe ze het moesten gebruiken, blokkeerden we het toilet. Het personeel zei dat ze het zouden controleren en ons eruit lieten gaan. Het was gerepareerd toen we terugkwamen en ze vroegen geen reparatiekosten. Ik vind het erg jammer. Ik kom hier zeker weer terug als ik de volgende keer naar Tokio kom!
