Cozy place to stay in, love coming back to this hotel

The rooms are really small but that is expected for central Tokyo. However if I was charged for 4 ppl for 2 double beds, this is too small. Breakfast choices are very little and not very tasty. Staff are friendly though. Location is quite good but it’s on the quiet end of Ginza.

The hotel is located near the Tokyo Station and it has convenience stores (Family Smart and 7leven) within few meters away. On top of the good location, the staff are amazing and supportive. Excellent hotel considering cost, location and service.

There’s no bottled water provided. The space allowed to walk from door to the 2nd bed away from door is so tiny, a luggage can’t be wheeled in, but carried over the bed to the other side.
Bathroom has to be tolerated.
Breakfast is very satisfactory though.

It was our 2nd stay from last one in December 2022. We enjoyed both since Mercure Ginza maintain the same good standard.
They are not high end luxury hotel but it sure about the average in Tokyo in terms of location, room size and management.

The hotel is located in the heart of shopping district ginza. Very convinient and cozy place to stay. The view is not really good but still make sense since we are in the midst of concrete building area.

Loved the location of this hotel ,mins to Ginza area n accessible to many areas. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and spacious.

Cozy room for 2, and very near to Ginza subway. Loved that Itoya was just around the corner, and Starbucks Reserve was across the road. Had a very comfy stay and because our stay stretched into the New Year, the hotel actually gave us new year cookies which was a nice touch.
